December 7, 2012
I am ready for the weekend. I have had a house full of sick kiddos this week. I thought that my little Jeb-a-doo had the flu but now I am thinking he had Roseola. He had a terrible fever for several days and then was terribly snotty. That was followed by a rash…which led me to think that he had the Roseola virus. He has slept most of the week and been very pitiful.
On Wednesday night my oldest called me into his room about an hour after he went to sleep. He had vomited in his bed – ugh ugh! I kept him home from school on Thursday and of course he acted like nothing had ever happened. He was as active and happy as ever. So we planned to have him back at school on Friday. Then last night, about an hour after he went to bed…I will be darned if he did not vomit AGAIN! What is going on at my house?!
I kid you not that there has been at least 20 loads of laundry done at my house this week. I consider myself a clean fanatic but this weekend I will be in overdrive and will sanitize every surface I can reach. I realize it is the season for germs to be rampant…so far we are not off to a good start!
I was stuck at home pretty much all week so I sent my husband on a Publix run. I needed some juice and some Dimetapp for Jeb’s terrible congestion. I decided to work in a gas card deal
I was so proud of my hubby!! He had coupons for every item and I even had to tell him how to find the advantage buy coupon and the gas card coupon. He worked it like a champ!
