Passionate Penny Pincher Recipe – Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Laurie over at Passionate Penny Pincher sent over a great recipe this week - Slow Cooker Potato Soup.

I think I am going to make this at some point this week. I actually have a bunch of purple fingerling potatoes that I got in my produce box. I think they will make for an interesting color of soup– tee hee!

My boys will think it’s cool and I get the luxury of a simple meal. Gotta love a big bowl of creamy comfort. Perfect timing as I have some leftover half & half that I got on Monday for my holiday mac & cheese!
