Happy Friday everyone!

Most of this week was spent getting back into the swing of things. Being out of town last week meant a ton of dirty laundry and a lot of effort trying to get the boys back on schedule. I think we are just now caught up on laundry…with two boys there is always something dirty but a week of dirty stuff is a lot to deal with. Add in Cyber Monday work-o-rama here on the sites and my house has not been in tip top shape. I think today I am finally back on track (for at least 5 minutes icon wink Weekly Totals 11/30 Share Your Savings )

I did manage to make it to the store to grab a few things. My produce box doesn’t come until Thursday, so I had to grab a few things to get us through the early part of the week. I also had to grab some pizza fixins! You guys know that my husband is a HUGE Alabama football fan. Tomorrow is the big game and he gave me a warning that any plans we had for tomorrow would have to be done early as he would be planted in his chair by 3pm! He requested pizza as his game day dinner. No delivery here…so Publix pizza dough and my toppings will make for a super easy dinner. I’ll make him take me to lunch on Sunday to make up for missing my night off – tee hee!

I decided to grab a sub meal for lunch since I needed to pick up soda for my husband. The Publix coupon gave me a nice little perk and I was a bit hungry – so it was a win/win. Plus, I already got my ibotta deposit for the Coke Zero–woo hoo! Not much but it all adds up!

I also decided that I needed to go ahead and grab some syrup and rice. I have just about depleted my stock on both. So it was grab the sale items now or wait until I was totally out and pay full price. I opted to get the sale while I could! My few weeks here and there not keeping an eye on my pantry and skipping shopping is biting me in the hiney a little bit. I still think I did pretty good.

Here is what I got this week -

Publix Sub – $6.39
Bananas – $1.76
Cilantro – 99¢
Bell Peppers = $2.11
Shrooms – $1.99
Onion – 67¢
Garlic – 33¢
Bread – $1.37
Pizza Dough – $2.69
Smart Balance x 2= $0 (two $1/1 PQ & $1/2 MQ)
Milk = $3.39
Danimals – $4.69
Sorrento Mozz = $3.99 (PQ + Blinkie)
International Delight x 2 = $0 (two $1/1 IP + $1.50/2 TQ)
Baileys Creamer = 50¢ ($1/1 blinkie)
Muir Glen Tomato Sauce x 2 = $0 (two $0.50/1)
Riceland Rice = $7.99
Coke Zero 20 pk = $4.59 ($2 PQ wyb deli)
Goody Hair Bands x 2 = $2.18 ($1/2 MQ = $1/2 PQ)
Toaster Strudel x 8 = $4 (four $0.50/2)
Eggo x 2 = $1 ($1/1 IP)
DeWafelbakkers x 2 = $0 (free prod Q)
Aunt Jemima Syrup x 2 = $3.65
Mrs Smith’s Pies x 2 = $0 (free prod Q)
Tai Pei = $0 (free prod Q)

I spent about $53 but I got a ton of groceries. Plus, my pizza will be much better and cheaper than if I had to go pick up a pizza from Papa Johns or the like (no delivery in the boonies!)

My husband is also a HUGE Bama fan. A few weeks ago with the LSU game, he almost punched our tv. And I had relatives texting me asking me if I needed a place to sleep for the next few days until he calmed down. Luckily, they pulled out of that one! Ahhh..the wife of a Bama fan husband!! I know how you feel! Stay strong girl! Lol
