Ask I Heart Publix – Call For Questions

The Ask I Heart Publix stockpile is getting low on questions, and I need your help to fill it up again! If you have a question, please send it in. Your questions can be about anything – basic couponing information, how to use the site, finding coupons, other ways to save, whatever you’re curious about! Questions from new couponers or old hands alike are always welcome. Email your questions to contactiheartpublix @ gmail.com (remove spaces).
Also, if there are any questions that you have sent in and have not appeared yet, shoot them over to me again. My mailbox can be a booger and while I try very hard to keep up–sometimes things get lost or sorted incorrectly.

What is the proper way to use the publix digital coupons? Sometimes i have a coupon for an item on my digital coupons but a better man paper man q & ive noticed that the computer will take them both
Any idea how Publix handles Price Protection. I bought a bunch of dairy products last week at regular price. This week the item is on sale for cheaper. Someone told me just return the items back with your receipt and then go buy the same item again (this time for cheaper). My ethical problem with that is that being a Dairy product, Publix would be forced to “throw out” the item i returned. Which basically would be a total loss to Publix. I do not want to get hit with the loss and would rather prefer they price protect me and give me back the price difference. Any thoughts
Is this the right place to ask a question? If so, here goes – If a coupon states Redeem at Walmart but doesn’t say Redeem Only at Walmart can you use it at Publix? Thanks! Love all you do for us.
