Here is the sneak peek of the Publix weekly ad and coupons that runs 8/9 through 8/15 (8/8 to 8/14 for some).
Another good week with lots of new BOGOs that we have not seen – very exciting!

Is it just me or are these “first” comments asinine and annoying? What’s the point? All it does is take up more comment space that we have to read in order to get to actually relevant information.
It’s just one comment…not like 400 people claiming first. I personally kind of find it funny. It’s like we are all a bunch of 5 year olds super excited about lining up to go play outside or something. We look forward to her post every week and we get excited that it’s here! and yay! i’m first! It’s just a fun little thing to do, to kind of see who gets first. And speaking of taking up comment space….

I guess it’s just that my time, along with everyone else’s, is valuable. I can see the fun aspect of it. I suppose, if there was something relevant following, it wouldn’t seem like such a time-waster. Also, I was “taking up comment space” to make a point.

There is also a coupon for Luigi’s Real Italian Ice that can be found inside certain boxes. It’s for .50 cents off and there is NO expiration date! If you need proof, I can take a pic of my coupon and email it to you.

There’s a Publix $5 boxed Pampers coupon Stocking Spree home mailer. Can this be used with the $5/1 Pampers 5X Wipes wyb Pampers Box Diapers Publix deal?
No, they are both store coupons so only one can be used but you could always use a manufacturer q to pair it with.
But one store coupon is for wipes and one is for the box of diapers.
According to their new coupon policy, a coupon that states “When You Buy”, attaches to both products. So the $5/1 wipes wyb diapers will attach to both the diapers and wipes. But you could use a separate MQ for wipes and another MQ for diapers for a total of 3 Qs on the 2 products. I have a very coupon friendly store that lets couponers get away with more than most but they definitely wouldn’t go for using both $5 store Qs. Although, it never hurts to try. HTH
My store allows it!! They showed me their coupon policy recently actually, and there was nothing that mentioned this.
Now see, their coupon policy does state this, but they only mention this for MQ’s.
My store allows it also. One is for the Wipes and one if for the diapers. You can use one store and one mq per item. The coupon in the ad will attach itself to the wipes, and the coupon in the stocking spree will attach to the diapers. So you can get a total of $12 off both wyb them together (2) $5 store qs, (1) $.50/1 wipes mq; and (1) $1.50/1 mq
I am not sure that this is actually a coupon or just a sale. She usually lists the in-ad coupons and I really think this is just a dollar amount that will get taken off if you buy the qualifying products. So, if that is the case, you should use the stocking spree coupon as well.
I agree…I am looking at the ad right now and it just says $5 off when you buy…so it should be discounted automatically at the register, therefore shouldn’t count as a coupon rather but a sale if I’m not mistaken.
Don’t see the Target Ballpark franks coupon. Is it still available?
I would think the Quaker Chewy Granola Bars would have a check mark next to them since they are possibly free (one $1.00/2 MQ and two $1.00 TQ, if your store will accept two of the same TQ’s – mine will if my son is with me, two guests, two coupons!)
Save $1.50 on any one Rubbermaid LunchBlox, Sandwich, Salad or Entree Kit MQ that expires 12/31/12. Double peelie found on Starkist tuna pouches last month.
I have a printable MQ for $1.50/2 Organic Valley Milk that I printed from Mambo Sprouts. The expiration is 9/30/12.

Thank you for the early ad! At my Publix, Gulf Cove 778, Port Charlotte, there was a peelie coupon on some General Mills cereals for $1.00 off of any 2 boxes. Not sure if they are on boxes at other stores, but keep your eyes open for the peelies! (You cannot miss them, they are HOT pink!)
The Papermate Target Q should still be good for this ad.

its actually .50/2 instead of .50/1. there is a totinos pizza coupon though for .50/3 instead of 5 i have seen lately.
There is a $1.00/2 Market Pantry Cheese Items 5 oz. or larger Target Q that could be used on the Publix cheeses if your store accepts Target.

In the Que Rica Vida booklet there’s a $1/1 Original Cheerios (exp 09/30/2012) coupon. They specified “ONE IN THE YELLOW BOX”.

It looks like Coupons.com has “remodeled” their website….has anyone figured out how we change zip codes now?

Aggravating I know, but I went to member account and changed my zip code each time – always leaving the state blank unless you know which state the zip is located. It automatically puts it in CA so you have to go up and make it blank. HTH

Hmmm… did that clicked on local coupons and still can’t see a zip code tab on mine. Even looked patiently, which is unusual for me lol. Did I miss a step?

When I clicked the link to go to coupons.com site for the bagelfuls there was no place to put in the zipcode 12345. Did anyone else see this? It seems like they changed their site somewhat.

Anybody know how much is the price of the 58 ct pampers diapers? Pls let me know, I’m expecting and I want to stock up on diapers and wipes while there’s a sale or good coupons….
I’ve noticed that the box of diapers is generally $25.99. If you are looking to stock up, I suggest Target if you have one in your area–the diapers are always a lot cheaper, plus they are offering a $10 gift card right now when you buy two boxes. Also, I started using Luvs with my son, and they are just as good (always had a leaking problem with Huggies) and far less expensive.
I also think they are $25.99. If you pair that with the wipes deal, which is $7.19 and use the 2 store coupons, 2 manufacturer coupons and 1 $5/$30 Winn Dixie coupon to get the diapers and wipes for $16.18
I seem to find really good deals on diapers at CVS lately. I got 3 jumbo packs of diapers, 1 can of shaving cream, and a pack of wipes for about $15 after coupons, and I got $10 ECB back!! They have their Pampers Jumbo packs on sale right now $8.99 and wyb $30 worth of P&G prodducts you receive $10 back. I had a $5 off $25 baby purchase cvs coupon, $4 off Pampers swaddlers, $3 off Pampers swaddlers, and had Free wipes wyb 1 pampers swaddlers!!!

slightly off topic here, but I know ya’ll are like me and always looking for new ways to use your stockpile stuff so a man at work mentioned to me his m-i-l does this:
POOR MANS COBBLER
these are loose directions so get creative
GET SOME JUICE
(I used the cherry that we got free wyb ocean spray cranberry coupon)
PUT THE JUICE IN A PAN ON THE STOVE AND BRING IT TO A BOIL
PUT A LITTLE SUGAR IN IT (I’m sure splenda is okay too)
(not too much you’re just wanting to add a little more sweetness and thicken a little)
MAKE SOME BISCUIT DOUGH
(I use the little scraps leftover from baking biscuits.. but you could probably use canned biscuit dough rolled out)
I like my dumplings flat, but you could just do drop dumplings.
ANYWAY
GET THE JUICE A BOILIN’ AND THROW IN YOUR DOUGH (JUST LIKE CHICKEN N DUMPLINGS) AND LET THE DOUGH COOK UNTIL NO LONGER RAW.
TAKE OFF OF HEAT AND THROW A LITTLE BUTTER IN IT AND STIR AND
VIOLA POOR MAN’S COBBLER.
My Dad has always LOVED this. We didn’t know the name for it. We just called it a cobbler. He adds butter to it. We used fresh blackberries when they were in season. Thanks for sharing!

Activia has a $1 off coupon available on Facebook. It looked like a PDF coupon at first, so I tried printing it 3 times. It did print 3 times and stopped after that. Publix will have 4-packs on sale for $2, so it’s a very nice price with the coupon. I printed 3 from my Facebook account and 3 from my husband’s account.

I do not know if you have an Aldi near you but a lot of times they have their cream cheese for 87 cents and I have used it a lot and like it just as much as the national brand.

Can you tell if the Lysol bogo is on the spray bottles or the pourables?
I found some $1/1 tearpad at dollar general exp 8/10/12. I was debating on using them at rite aid, but if the pourables are included in the sale (2.99 in bham if i’m right) … .50 a bottle sounds good. I still have 8 sprays stockpiled, so I need pourables for the floor!
It looks like these are for the trigger spray cleaners: all purpose 4 in 1 32 oz. or kitchen cleaner 22 oz bottle.
I used these on the all purpose during the last BOGO.
I think the Que Rica Vida q is actually $.50/2…or at least it is now.
I’m glad to see the Vitamin Water on sale. I was at the Dave Matthews concert and they were handing out $1.00/1 coupons, so of course I grabbed a bunch. That’s a MM for me.

I just found a coupon booklet at Publix – “Simply Delicious Inspirations” for Nestle products. Coupons are manufacturer but redeemable only at Publix. All coupons expire 9/11/2012. There’s a coupon for .55 cents off 1 Nestle Tollhouse refrigerated cookie dough. Found it with the green and yellow advantage flyers. Hope this helps!
I didn’t see a comment posted, but I have a coupon for $0.75/1 Mayfield 1 1/2 quart OR novelty…that would make the ice cream on sale this week like $1.40 a box! I am not sure which paper it was in, but it was either 07/29 or 08/05

Hello, i need help. please Michelle and our community!!
So my Publix Accepts Target and Krogers As Competitors.
So today i was DENIED the used of Target coupon $1 off 2 Papermate pens. Other publix accept it without any problems.
I was told by Manager that they cant accept $1 off 2 papermate target coupons because they cannot go negative. The cashier didn’t even scan the pens or coupons! he scanned other items and he saw papermate pens and ask me if i had Target coupons i said “Yes” and he said he cant accept them.. then called manager on me Acting like i was a criminal doing wrong!!! i only had 5 pens!!!!
I felt Humiliated and they acted like i was a criminal, both cashier and manager were very rude and not nice… Very irritating!
I never had problems with target coupons in this publix but now its bad! it was Embarrassing, Rudeness, Criminal acting, and made me like not want to shop there no more! It was not my fault that target coupons were out same time as the deal.
I would appreciated so much if you guys could call this publix and talk to them and more to manager.. The more people that can help the better manager would understand that is not our fault that they dont WANT to accept them (while outside says WE ACCEPT TARGET COUPONS)

my publix also takes target as a comp coupon…but with the papermate pens…they were on sale for $0.50 and the coupon is for $1, my publix just adjusted the target Q to $0.50. maybe you could of just asked if they could do that instead? sorry you had trouble
That is also my Publix and I have never had an issue. As I’ve seen other people point out in this forum and on others, the Target coupons do say “limit one offer per customer”. Based on this wording, I think Publix has a right to limit the use of the Target coupons. Sorry you were not treated kindly though.
If they were rude to you about it I would make a complaint with the stores general manager or send an email to corporate there is no excuse for rudeness. Like another poster said maybe they could have adjusted the coupon down so it wouldnt be a money maker if that is what their problem was.

@ Fozzy, the reason they are not taking the papermate pen q is because it states on the coupon itself that the coupon cannot exceed the price of the specified item. Since publix does not get reimbursed for target q they are either not accepting them or in my case my publix manager reduced the coupon down to 50 cents.
I didn’t have any issues at my Publix with the paper mate pens. Hwy 92 in Woodstock

once you enter the zip on the local coupons tab you then have to click the COUPONS tab to get back to the normal coupons

Hello. In case anyone wants a MILK coupon go to coupons.com and use zip code 83702. I have been able to print this coupon several times, it is $.75 off of Milk (any brand, I buy Publix Brand). The tagging on the coupon says it is limited in some areas but my Publix (Lehigh Acres & Fort Myers) have been taking them.

It’s kind of you to offer a tip — thank you for that — but I don’t think all stores will accept it because Publix will likely not be reimbursed for this coupon. It is sponsored by the dairy association in Idaho and Utah (and they likely don’t care about what milk Floridians are buying).
In cases like these, it’s probably better to check with customer service if they will accept the coupon despite the ID and UT specification. That way the cashier doesn’t get in trouble for not checking the coupons closely. I know this has happened at my store.
The one I found indicated only valid in Idaho and Utah!
There is a $1/1 Stouffers Family, Large Family, or Party Entree in the “Simply Delicious Inspirations” booklet I picked up @ my Post Rd./Cumming Publix. $2.99 for the family size is a good deal in my book!
Does anyone know if Marie Calendars Pot Pies (50% off this week) count as a frozen meal for the Save $3 when you buy any 4 Marie Calendars or Healthy Choice Meals?

Does anyone know how the Marie Callender’s pies ring up? Do they ring up at 50% off, or do they ring up full price with the -50% off on the next line (like true BOGOs do)? Just trying to figure out my ConAgra rebate with the pies and I don’t want to mess it up.
The Publix I went to in Ocala, fF on NE 35th St would not except Target as a competitor
None of the Publix stores in the Ocala area accept Target as a competitor. I was really bummed about this as our Target was remodled at the end of 2011 to carry more food and is now a legimate competitor. The regional manager over the Ocala area does not feel this is the case and refuses to accept Target coupons.

I found a Publix coupon for Simply Delicious Inspirations for the Stouffers family entrees. $1 off and they are already on sale for $3.99 – great deal! I fed my family of 5 for under $5 last night

@Mindy Wagner – I totally agree with you maybe things will change if enough people bring up the point you made. Fingers crossed they get better but until then I am going to be calling a few different Publix in the area and asking periodically.
Is it me…..or do I have the wrong paper? A lot of the items listed here in the ad on sale I don’t have on sale in mine? I looked at the dates on my paper and the say the 16th through the 22nd…I am down here in West Palm Beach, Florida. Anyone else finding the same thing?
