I love salsa verde…it is actually my favorite version of salsa. I often do enchiladas and chilaquiles with a green sauce or a tomatillo sauce.

I will forewarn you that you might have some grumps at the table at first. The first time I served enchiladas verdes, he asked what I had done wrong- tee hee! Why does green food cause issues with so many folks?
