I had several folks ask if I would post a call for deal ideas and scenarios for the new “Make One List. Make One Trip.”promotion where you get a FREE Rotisserie Chicken when you buy 3 participating P&G items. I detailed the coupons and also have FOUR $50 gift card to give away HERE. Here is what I plan on doing. I will actually take advantage of the deal a minimum of two times:D I do have to make sure that I have that Target coupon. If I don’t my price will be $1 more than listed. Happy pointed out that the 100 oz that I am getting is not what is listed in the ad…I think I am going to chance it in hopes it does work. That will likely be the only time I would be able to use my free downy coupon. If the chicken does not come off I figure I will still use the products so all is good

So I am getting over $63 worth of groceries for $33 out of pocket! That’s almost half price — I’ll have my household needs covered and will likely turn those chickens into 4 meals! My kind of deals!
Too bad my Publix does not take the Target coupons. But the Pantene deal is still a good deal.
so can we do more than 1 in the same transaction?
Michelle, that is pretty good considering none of these are BOGO. When items are BOGO, you automatically have savings of at least 50%. Plus, two chickens! Good deal if you ask me!
I just got home from Publix. I did two deals in one transaction and got 4 Bounty paper towels and 2 Pantene products and my two free chickens. Total before tax, coupons and chicken deduction was $57.92. Total after coupons/deductions was $25.45 (she didn’t deduct one of my 25 cent Bounty coupons). I’m happy with that!!! Free supper and the last of my P&G rebate with the Pantene purchase.
I’ll be buying 4 bottles of Pantene @ $5.99.
Subtotal is $23.96. Use 2 B1G1 coupons (taking off $4.99 each) and 4 $1/1 Target coupons (these don’t have a 1 per Trans limit).
Will only pay $9.98 after coupons.
I have a $5/$30 Winn-Dixie coupon, and $5 off Similac checks. I’m going to add a bottle of ready to feed formula for about $6.50, making my subtotal $30.46. Subtract the Pantene coupons, plus the $5 WD coupon and the $5 Similac check, will only be $6.48 for all!
I just did the deal with the pantene. Bought 4 and used 2bogos and 4 $1 off targets. Used a 5/$30 Winn Dixie and paid $5 and. Got 4 big bottles of shampoo and a free chicken!!
I think only the 50oz Tide is part of the promotion, not the 100oz Tide (and that’s the one you need to buy in order to be able to use the free Downy wyb Tide peelie).
I was wondering the same thing… would it still count since it’s actually larger (and more expensive) than the 50 oz. bottle?
Dont forget about the P&G mailed booklet “have you tried this yet” that expires on 5/30/12. Theres $1/1 Cascade Action Pacs, $1/1 Charmin, $1/1 Downy liquid or Unstoppables That will go well with this sale.
I love this promotion! I got 4 Pantene and 2 Bounty and I had all the corresponding coupons! So I was able to get all of that plus two free chickens for less than $20! Also, it is worth mentioning that these chickens are the best! I got one lemon pepper and one BBQ!
I purchased (4) Bounty Basics paper towels to get the free chicken and I used (4)$2 Running out run in coupons, (4) $1 Bounty Basics coupons from the(ss) and (1) $5/$30 Enjoy the City Book. My total was $13,
oh and Iused (1) $2 off hot chicken from the Winn Dixie baby club mailer.
Most likely, I will do a Pantene/Bounty/Charmin combination to get my deal!!
Lemon Pepper chicken is one of our favorites!!
I just did the deal and bought 3 packs of Pamapers. I used (2) MQ $2.50 and (1) MQ $2. Of course when I went they didn’t have anymore chickens left so I snagged a raincheck. I also had other purchases and used (2) Winn Dixie Q’s alongf with others and only paid $45 and saved $93. Would’ve saved more if they had more check. Oh well I am still happy!

any idea if the chicken counts as “meat” for the $3 off meat when you buy kingsford charcoal from the Gatherings booklet?
probably not, usually when the Q states meat, it means uncooked fresh meat (not frozen either). but it’s worth asking your manager about.
I’ll be buying Pantene x2 with the B1G1 coupon and 2 of the $1 Target coupons…..then buying pampers with a 1.50 manufacturer coupon. I am gonna throw in things I need to get to $30 and use my Winn Dixie $5 off $30. I have enough coupons to do this deal twice and get two free chickens…..my hubby loves fettucine with the rotisserie chicken in it!
Everyone who has the corresponding Target coupons for the Pantene. These were an insert single page for Target? Did anyone get these in the Tampa Bay Area?
I am in Lakeland and did not get 1/1 target but if you got the last beauty bag and coupons sent out by target the coupon book has 1/2 coupon for pantene in it.

I did 2 packs of bounty and one downy unstoppables. Great deal! I think I’m going to go back and do the Pantene and the tampax next week!
I have a coupon for a free Tide, so if it works for the 50 oz, and I think it does, I will be getting Tide, Pampers, and Bounty. I’ll also use a $5/$25 Dollar General coupon, pay around $12.23 and get a free chicken!!
Oh, I have the $1/1 Target coupon on Pampers, and I must have done my math wrong because now my total is more like $9.73! Yay!!
I stopped in yesterday and bought:

1 Chicken from the Deli $7.99

= $42.95
Coupons used:
-$3 (3 $1 off Iams)
-$2 Publix Deli q
$5/$30 Winn Dixie q
-$7.99 (free chicken)
Total $24.96
Happy dog and free chicken
I plan on buying:
3 Bounty 6 ct
1 chicken
And use:
$2 Publix Deli coupon
3 $2 Publix Bounty coupon
3 $1 MQ Bounty Basic
That makes it about $12 for all 4 products! Not bad for 18 rolls of paper towels! Happy Couponing!

I love this promotion. I always use this one to stock up on Bounty. I’ll buy four pks @ $7.49. I’ll stack coupons (promotion, paper, & $5 off $30) to bring price down to $3.24 per pkg. And then lunch makes this a real bonus.
Am I the only one that has $3.00/2 Pantene coupons? Haven’t seen where anyone else has mentioned it?
Yes, but the B1G1 coupon is a better deal. And you can’t use both of them together.
How about this: You buy 3 Pantene’s, use 3 BOGO coupon’s, giving you 6 total Pantene’s, and use 1 $3.00/2 Pantene’s. That should put you in the neighborhood of $14.97. You get 2 chicken’s, and 6 Pantene’s.
You can’t use the $3/2 coupon with B1G1 coupons like that. It is against Publix policy.
I will definitely get the Pantene and Bounty. Love the idea of free chicken.

I had already used my Pantene coupons, but I had Target and Manufacturer’s coupons for Downy, plus a $5 Winn-Dixie coupons. I had to buy four Downy’s with my coupons, so I paid $15.71 and got the free chicken. We ate it last night. Chicken tastes even better when it’s free!

If the Tide 100 oz. works, I’ll probably do that with the free-after-peelie Downy and throw in some Charmin.
Since Charmin and Tide also qualify for the Running Out, Running In rebate, I’ll have hit two deals with one transaction – get a free chicken and $5 back (after I throw in a few more items, like Luvs diapers). =D
The Tide 100 oz. did NOT trigger the free chicken discount. I took my receipt to customer service and she refunded the amount for the chicken, figuring I had actually spent more on a bigger bottle. She had no problem with that. =)
Ok, I did 2 Bounty 6 packs using two $2.00/1 publix coupons, and two .25/1 manufacturer’s coupons, and 1 Tide using a $1.00/1 coupon and got out for a little over $15.00, plus free chicken!
Oooh! This might be a good way ti qualify for that $25 MIR Smirnov Ice wyb Smirnov Ice and $25 of groceries offer!
With three very active kids being able to make one stop for everything my family needs allows me to spend more time with them and less time running from store to store!
I changed my mind when getting to the store. I bought 4-pantenes and used two BOGO coupons. Publix is great!
I did this:
10 x panetene shapoo/conditioner $5.99 each= $59.99
- 5 x BOGO coupons from P&G= -29.95
- $3/2 x 2=-$6
=$23.95 ( I didn’t have target coupons), submit for the $10 gift card rebate if you spend $50 from p&G
so $13.95 with 3 FREE chicken
I thought per Publix policy you weren’t allowed to use the $3/2 with the BOGO?
I plan on getting the bounty to use for my deal, I am running low on papertowels and I have all the coupons. We love the bbq chicken, it makes for a great chicken salad!
Only the 50 oz Tide will trigger the promotion for the free chicken. =)
