Here is the sneak peek of the Publix weekly ad and coupons that runs 5/10 through 5/16 (5/9 to 5/15 for some). Let me know if you find additional coupons and I will get them added.
Remember this is the metro Atlanta version of the ad. Be sure to check your ad for any variations.

This week looks pretty slow. Nice deal on Powerade though. Anyone know how the Powerade B1G1 would work with B10G5 tearpad? Can’t figure out a breakdown.

If u r in FL(true Bogo area) then buy 30 power are and use 2 b10 g5 Free coupon. 15 will be free with sale and 10 will b free with coupon. U will pay only for 5 n will get 25 free
If you were to buy 5 of the BOGO, which would actually be 10 Powerades, then you would get the 5 free with the coupon.

So it would be $6.25 for 15 Powerades
If the coupons give you 5 free and they are bogo…Why would you go ahead and take the additional 5 for free that you get for “buying” 5 with a coupon? For a total of 20.
Wouldn’t that still come out to $6.25 but you would get 20 instead of 15?

depending on your store.. if they count the free item as an different item then buy 20…. 5 deals of bogo = the 10 you need to buy, then the “get 5 free” will be the other 5 deals… so basically you pay for 5 and get 15 free..
Great buy. wish it was the g2 gatorade instead. My husband does not like or drink the ion brands. I have to say it does taste different.
On the B10G5 Powerade coupon, the max value is $5 and when the cashier scans the barcode, $5 will automatically come off. I’ve done it before in the past. Since they are BOGO $1.25, when you buy 16, you’re going to pay $5 OOP or $0.31/bottle. If you’re buying 30, going to pay $8.75 or $0.29/bottle.

Um the Aunt Jemimia MQ is Obviously NOT a match. It blantly says the bogo is on the MIX the MQ is on the frozen product!
Also the First Voskos Q listed is actually a PQ it was a misprint and the cashiers should have a LU# to manually enter.

I can NOT even imagine the hours of work she puts into getting this list together for US….so..please cut her a little slack when there’s a mismatch. the aunt jemima matchup was obviously a mistake and not intentional. I am always happy to correct any errors made.
It takes around 5 hours to type this complete ad and match it up…sometimes things happen….much easier to see a mistake when all you have to do is click a button to magically see everything already done. I would bet if you had to take the time to do everything you would likely make a mistake or two yourself. Again…just let me know if there is a mistake and I can fix it.
As for the Voskos coupon. It states MQ on the coupon.

Yes thank you Michelle, glad you have the grace to brush off unpleasant snotty attitudes. I use your blog every day and totally appreciate the listings even if they are incorrect. We are “obviously” responsible for our own shopping and coupon clipping. Perhaps if we see an error we should “obviously” be polite and pleasant. And “obviously” the majority of your readers have the common sense God gave a billy goat to not use a “frozen” coupon on a “mix” product.
Well from what i have seen, an email sent from corporate to all stores that Voskos Q was a misprint, It has different LU# attached to each one. It should be at customer service. If you look at the Q there is no barcode, and where the expiration is says April somthing- june/30 that isnt really the norm for a true MQ. SO it actually has the opportunity for a stack. But oh what do i know. And NO i am not a casher i am just a mom.

It takes a lot of work to run a website (I have one myself), and a TON of work to put together matchups – I can’t imagine doing that. It’s okay to correct a mistake, it’s not okay to be rude. I appreciate all that Michelle does! I save a lot of money using this site, and a lot of time.

Makes a lot of sense, since i just let you know of a PQ/MQ match up that Michelle missed. If i was a cashier i dont think i would be letting anyone know that since the Voskos would be flying off the shelves. And sorry that i can read and have ethics and wouldnt use a coupon for frozen products when it says for dry mix.
You may have “ethics” Melissa, but they appear to be self-defined and not really in line with the general code the rest of us understand. People who truly have ethics also have morals and do not attack someone for a small mistake. They also admit when they are wrong and take responsibility for their mistakes. You owe Michelle an apology!

All you had to do was politely say “hey, I don’t think that coupon is a correct match-up, could you please check it?” and I bet it would have been taken down before the night was over. So you can make obvious errors in your spelling and grammar in something that took you 30 seconds to write, but Michelle can’t even have one error in something that took her 5 hours to put together? I wonder what the matchup would look like if you had typed it up?

Second, Michelle works so hard on this list, to put it together for us early every week to help us all save money. Don’t criticize when someone makes a mistake because clearly you do too! If you insist on picking things apart, how about you start with your own comments! You should probably work on your spelling lol

well after reading a few of the comments that were left about this post from Melissa… I thought to myself, “I must find this post in the comments and read it… should be pretty juicy”… so when I found the above post I thought… well that was a bit of an over reaction…
I think that there’s a bit of sensitivity around this subject (correcting errors) and its not just here, but every couponing site that I use. I don’t think that Melissa meant anything by the above comment except to inform folks that there is an error. Yes she does get snippy eventually after so many attacked her… being way more rude and condescending than she was (IMO)… I think we could all just chill out.. if you read this comment without baggage attached to it… then honestly it’s not all that bad… she’s not attacking anyone. she doesn’t even mention a name, etc. all she says is the coupon is not for the product that its listed under. seriously folks… just breathe.

I was thinking the same thing. I scrolled back and hunted down the horrible comment, then wondered if I was still missing something. In this sort of communication, we’re unable to see expressions or hear inflection. Far too easy to make mountains of molehills.

there is a $1/1 M&M’s Snack Mix tear pad. so that makes it 2 for $1.00!
Yep, I found the tear pad on a little display at the end of an aisle in my Publix store. $1.00/1 MQ. Makes for a nice deal if your store also accepts Target Q’s! BTW, the Target Q that I got from their site is $1.00/2, not $1.00/1. Still a nice deal to try the product.

Wow…some people are so rude. Mistakes happen and on the preview matchups it’s not an uncommon occurrence. Thanks for ALL of your hard work and early preview!Unfortunately, it looks like another slow week for me. I will be so glad when our Publix opens so I don’t have to drive 40 minutes to the nearest one. It’s hard to justify doing so if there are not several items I need on sale for the week. Thanks again
I’m really surprised at how rude you are being over a single mismatched coupon. There are what, a couple HUNDRED sale items in this ad that she has matched coupons for? Michelle has never advocated for using incorrect coupons and she ALWAYS pulls coupons that are mistakenly matched. You could be nice and take into account the HOURS of work that she must put into this, but instead you act like she has somehow wronged you personally. Think before you comment!

There’s also a $1.50/2 Nesquick coupon that you can print from the Target web site, but I believe it’s a manufacturer’s coupon, not a Target coupon. Not at a computer with a printer to check it.

Are we sure we can use the $2 Large Family Size Stouffer’s coupon? Because this week the one that’s on sale for $3.99 is the “regular” family size but there is also a “large family” size. Seems like the coupon is for the large family size which is not on sale. I printed them just in case cause it would be a great deal but not sure this is a match? anyone?
Stouffers 2/1 is not a match. They have a product called “large family size.”
I have never seen two different family size products. The family size are usually the ones on sale for $3.99. The biggest size is the party size. So if the coupon says family size and that is what is on sale, then it should be fine.
my store has the “large family” size. there is family size, large family size, and then the gigantic ones (not sure what those are called)

I got my info from stouffers.com. There is a “large family” size opposed to just the “family” size……confusing? I agree… So, once again, I would suggest it is not a match…
I used the $2.00 coupon on the “regular” family size, it went through with no troubles. I got 4 for $1.99 each, YAY!!
We were able to use this coupon on the lasagna and a few others, just make sure the weight is appropriate for the coupon

I printed some $1/2 Powerades about a week ago. (no longer available) They have a Rite Aid logo and say “Redeemable at Rite Aid”, but they are manufacturer coupons. As I understand it, these can be used anywhere. Might check your binders.

Yep – sign up and they’ll email you. They do have a tiny disclaimer saying it could take up to a week for the coupon to be delivered but in my experience it’s usually within a day or so. Should be plenty of time to receive it before the ad starts – or at least before it ends!

I didn’t like Melissa’s comments too well either, but since you mention doing this for free, I will comment. Most bloggers don’t tell you, but each time you click a link to print a coupon, they are receiving proceeds. They also make money selling ads like you see along the page, writing sponsored posts, etc. Many times instead of cash, they receive gift cards. Michelle has two other blogs also. While it is extremely time consuming, these blogs, especially the up-to-date regularly posted ones like this are jobs that pay. Is it a ton of money, no, but it allows them to enjoy the benefit of working from home and near their family/children. Simple mistakes like incorrect match-ups happen, oh well. Michelle does not, nor have I ever seen her advocate the misuse of a coupon. This blog has the best and most correct coupon match-ups of any of the several that i read and I appreciate Michelle’s hard work.
So you can read but clearly can’t spell. Good for you. Leave your nasty comments off of this amazing website.
This has nothing to do with “knowing your stuff” and you “can read.” These comments have been all about your rudeness and over a coupon mistake no less. The coupon match-up was an HONEST mistake. Everybody makes them, including you, whether you recognize that or not! You really owe Michelle an apology.

Did anyone figure out how to get the Hidden Valley coupon from Facebook. It says “coupon and recipes below”, but only recipes are below. When I clicked the recipes it took me to the Hidden Valley website, and I didn’t see the coupon there either. Any one else have any luck? If so, will you share how you found the coupon?

This coupon was a while back. Probally gone. Did anyone get the sara lee bread coupon?? I know i didnt. Like to know where i can find that one. Also Does anyone know how much the allegra d tablets run? Overall a very short and depressing ad. lol., And to say I am also thankful for all the hard work you put into the ads each week. I got 2 Hidden Valley coupons just a few minutes ago on FB. Have to like of course and then coupon was on bottom left of page. exp. 6/6/12
So, the FB coupon is at the very bottom of the page, but you can’t actually SEE it, and have to, intuitively play with your mouse and randomly click right below the other stuff (pics of salad dressings, i think). Lol. I hope this makes sense. For whatever reason the box didn’t scroll properly.
I was able to get the coupon this morning on FB, I had to refresh the page alot. I also got the $1/1 from their website, had to spin about 5 times. Love the Tomato & Bacon flavor.

Does someone know how cashiers take the Voskos coupon? I am kinda lost since it says manufacturer but it does not have a bar code and it does not have a LU# either so it would not be a Publix q either. How do they enter this one in their system? Any input??
I used the Voskos as a manufacturer’s coupon at my Publix. The cashier wasn’t sure what to do and called mgr. over. Mgr. decided to to subtract a generic amount off the bill. No problem in the end.

I am glad someone sees value in that amex card coupon. Don’t they charge you like 3.00 activation fee? I know that is still a 7.00 savings…

The activation fees for the $100 card is $5.95.
The AMEX card is a good deal. Even after activation, you save $4.05 on the card. Also, if you use a credit card that is paying 5% back on groceries, that’s another $5 savings.

Anyone know if the Barilla Pasta BOGO includes Whole Grain or not? I still have a couple of those $1/1 coupons from facebook last week!
Can’t say for sure, but since it includes 13.5 oz to 16 oz, the whole grain is probably included. Usually they only exclude the Barilla Plus.

There is a $1/1 Hidden Valley PQ in the Spring Gatherings booklet recently found at some Publix. Expires 5/26/12 making it a MM!!!
That is a Manufacturer coupon.
Yes, half the coupons in that book are manuf not publix so they can’t combine with any other MQ.

Now for my comment, I actually asked a manager friend about the Voskos coupon that is in the publix magazine when they were on sale week before last.It is a misprint, they should have an email at CS and he also said all cashiers should be aware of it as well. If you look at the coupon there is no barcode or instructions or address to send the coupon in for redemption. But I guess if you all don’t want a stack then try to use it alone as a MQ. But before you attack someone at least have a good reason. Yes Michelle does run this site and put a lot of work into it but she doesn’t put this site together on her own and she does get paid to do so.

Does anyone know of the Oscar myer q that came out last week that says it is for Oscar myer select will work on the Oscar myer wieners that are Bogo starting Wednesday? I was able to use the q on the reg sandwich meat last week plus the publix q I the yellow flyer making the sandwich meat $.59 each! The publix q also says Oscar myer select brand but they took it for the reg meat. Just wondering if it can be done on the wieners this week. Thanks!
It sounds like you read the coupons correctly (only for the Oscar Mayer Selects) yet used both incorrectly on the regular lunch meant on sale last week? That’s a shame. Hope you enjoyed your “deal.”

They don’t accept Walgreen’s unless its a prescription coupon.
Publix does accept Walgreens register rewards, but not walgreens store coupons. The register rewards scan like a regular coupon. A lot of cashiers do not understand this but the register rewards do scan and take the correct amount off.
They take mine all the time also, just like JH says, some of the cashiers do not understand, but they scan just like a mq, because they are mq.
wow, thanks for bringing this to attention, I had no idea. I am usually working hard to find out where to use my RR at Walgreens, I could easily use them at Publix. So your store does not have to list Walgreens as a competitor if I understand this right, b/c they are mqs?

No extra bucks just rr because they have a manufacture’s address to redeem them too like a regular coupon or at least that is my understanding

What type of activation fee are on the Amex cards? How do they show up on my receipt and how much money do I really end up saving on each card? We are trying to get a few of these for vacation (fuel and food).
i think they have a 4.95 act fee so make sure you are getting enough of a disc to balance that

uhm, does anyone else’s 4/29 RP insert not have the Welch’s grape juice coupons? Every once in a while I cannot find the coupons that you state there are for the deals.

I have both English and Spanish versions of the Pepsi moments to save inserts (our local libraries & some stores give out Spanish newspapers free). Which I love because they always have the same redplum & smartsource inserts as the regular Sun paper I pay for.
Just noticed there are differences in some of the coupons. The Spanish has no Sun chips or baked Lays but instead has .55/1 Ruffles and .75/2 Doritos. It does not have pepsi mini cans but instead has $1/2 pepsi bottles 6 pack or 8 pack. It has no Lipton tea 6 or 12 packs but instead has $1/2 gallon size Brisk. The rest of the coupons are the same except instead of Starbucks it has a drink called Manzanita Sol.
I just want to cry. I spend all my time trying to match up coupons and I have found only ONE. No vlasic, no lunchables, no barilla, and on and on. I must be doing something wrong….Bout to give up.

Keep up the good work Robin! It has taken me a long time to work up my couponing skills. I still need encouragement from my friends, I get really stressed out when I can’t find coupons that the Web sites say I should have, and I frequently question if it’s all worth it. It all pays out when I see the savings on the register, and the surprised look on the cashier’s face as he or she sees how much I’ve managed to save. It also makes me happy knowing that a staple good in our household doesn’t have to be purchased for a while because I am able to stock up.

Where do you live? Sometimes I find my coupons in a different insert because I live in a different area.
i suggest to get coupon inserts at least 2 every sunday or buy it in different areas…some coupons are regional or go to coupon clippers to order what you want. hope that helps. and also if you go to the store pay attention to the hangtags and peelies.. i got my barilla coupon from walmart that was in their aisle one time.
I order coupons on a full cup from some of the people who post coupons to sell there. A lot of times they will list the coupons in the inserts which helps a lot. You can also get them from other places if there is a specific one you are looking for. Dont give up, saving money is a rush!

Just an FYI, the Phillips crab cakes are b1g1f $8.99 in Naples, FL. Would have been a much better deal at $5.99… but can’t get all the deals:-) I did great. Was able to save $145 on my order and pay only $103.00 So not a bad savings:-) I save so much money thanks to this website! I truely appreciate it!
