How many of you guys use those short cut “helper” boxes for dinner? Did you know that you can do a homemade meal in about the same amount of time and for not much more than that box!
The biggest difference you will notice is how much better your meal tastes. Plus, instead of a million mystery ingredients that come in a box…you will serve your family a wholesome meal that they will devour!
Susan over at Our Family Eats has a great recipe that you can put together in about the same amount of time as a box meal! Check out Susan’s recipe for Skillet Lasagna. I bet most of you guys have most items on hand and can get this one on the table for very little out of pocket. This is one of my go to recipes when I need a quick and easy meal or when I forget to pull meat out to defrost in the morning.
