Win Publix Coupons – $2 Off Frozen Food Purchase

Once again, my buddies over at Sunday Coupon Inserts have offered up some FREE coupons for you guys. Today they are offering Publix $2 frozen grocery coupons for ten readers.
The Publix coupons are only valid for certain counties in Florida, so check to make sure you are eligible to use it before you enter.
Coupon valid in: Citrus, Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, Collier, Lake, Sumter, Osceola and Highlands counties in Florida.
Ten winners will each get FIVE coupons for $2 off your grocery frozen food department purchase (exp 5/12).

Can someone get to why only certain counties are allowed to have these? They (PUBLIX) never offers any coupons like this here in my county. I have seen other offers that were posted or in ads an they too said only certain counties. This is not fair to the rest of the Publix customers : ( remember we in other counties can choose to shop other places that offer us the same to all of its loyal customers. Thanks

Publix should offer these to all of its customers not just a few selected counties in Florida

I think every area has its perks,some of us have double couponing,some have penney items,some have special coupons.You get what you get and you count your blessings(or you whine I guess)Thanks Michelle for all you do!!
