If the pepsi next is 3 for $4,wouldnt it be 1.34 each?
I think she means that right now it’s a 1.75, and in the upcoming ad–the one that begins on Thursday–they will be 3/$4.
Correct. Use $1/1 Publix Q and a $0.55/1 MQ and you get it for free! Plus a little overage

Some got a $1/2 pepsi next, we did. And I just tried my free 2 liter I got the other day and its not too bad.
Where are the Spring Gathering booklets?
They would be at Publix in the turnstyle where the sales ad would be or at the customer service desk. Some Publix have a display with the booklets on them.
Mine were with the baby booklets right by the entrance. You can always just ask customer service.
