“Snack”urday – Bird’s Nest Cookies

Here is a fun Easter or Spring treat that the kids are sure to love…heck I am far from a kid but I think they are too cute!
I love meringue cookies so I may have to whip out my Kitchenaid and bake a batch of these Bird’s Nest Cookies from Amanda at A Few Short Cuts.
