This week she has Greek Stuffed Chicken on the menu. I am very excited about this one. I do a darn good spinach and feta stuffed chicken that involves flattening chicken, creating the stuffing, rolling and then cooking. In other words…there are lots of steps involved. Now, it is delicious so I don’t mind whipping it up occasionally.
Susan’s recipe reminds me of mine a little…just without all the work! This one is definitely going on my menu this week!
