    How do you get the publix booklets? Also, what are the fliers you mention and how do you get those? We are getting a publix soon and I am trying to prepare, thanks!

      Booklets and Flyers(Yellow and Green Advantage Buy (GAB/YAB)) are usually located at the Customer Service desk. Some stores you have to ask and some have them on the counter. You may be able to pickthem up at the turnstyle where you find the weekly ad at the store.

      The advantage buy flyers the green and yellow will either be at the front with the weekly ads or at the customer service desk. The booklets are at the customer service desk at my store, but some have them with the weekly ads. I recommend going onto their website and subscribing to their magazines since only the mailed ones have coupons in them. Congrats on the new Publix! You’ll love it! If you can manage I recommend going to the grand opening, lots of free stuff up for grabs usually then too. :)

      You can find them on the turnstile at the front of the store, on displays located throughout the store, or you may have to ask at the customer service counter. Not every Publix store gets every booklet. Still, I think you’ll love it.

      I think everyone has answered you questions, but I just wanted to throw in that you will LOVE Publix. Their regular prices are a little higher, but there sales are awesome. The people are SO friendly and helpful.

    I read on another site that we are getting a .50/1 Ragu Q in this coming Sunday’s paper!? WOW! I doubt it will be in my paper though. We usually get a cruddy .60/2 or something similar. lol :P

    Has anyone noticed at their stores…the sale items not being labeled? I know sales can vary, but my store is getting pretty good about leaving off the labels to the big sale items. Helps me out since I shop on the last day of the sale. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this too. I have ended up having to grab an ad to make sure stuff is really on sale. lol

      I shop usually at opening on Thursday’s (first day of sale here) and most times the store does not have signage up. I like shopping when the store is quiet but I too find it a bit frustrating figuring out if I have the right items.

      Upside, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I will be saving nearly 52% this week…..YEAH!!!!

      If you’re shopping later on the last day, they may already be prepping for the next weeks’ sale. I know when I go Weds. evening, they are emptying the bins in the front, changing signage, and changing endcaps to prep for the sale change.

      I have noticed that (no signs!!!) at two of the stores I frequent. Esp. with the Happy items. Luckily I super detail my list so I don’t usually have a problem, but it sucks hefting up to check out to see what qualifies and then turning right around to return it and find something else. And btw, just to prove how much they hate sale items nowadays, the other day when I was returning something the service manager was on the phone screaming at corporate about someone ordering 40 Nature’s Bounty vitamins and knowing they were going to be getting them all for free and that it was BS!

      Yes, my store took down the 2/2.00 Starkist tuna pouch sign. I asked one of the workers in the aisle and they said they took it down on purpose because people were coming and and cleaning the shelves out.
      Weird that they would do it, but I have seen them do it before on other items too.

      I live in Central Florida and for the most part they are pretty good, but i agree, lately I end up getting the paper as I walk in to save from being across the store and needing one! Still love Publix though

    I also found a tearpad near the grapefruits for one free 5lb bag of grapefruit wyb 2 64oz ocean spray juices!

    I saw in the full sneak peak that Dove hair care is 2/$6. There is a $1/1 MFG IP and a $1/1 Target IP (target.com/coupons) making it only $1 after Q’s- not my target price for even name brand hair care, but it’s not a horrible deal if you need some. I’ve stocked up on CVS clearanced hair care in the past few weeks, so I’m good- but it’s not a bad price, either!

    There was a Target coupon last month on All Small & Mighty Laundry Detergent, for $1 off on one, expires 1-28 and with the manufacture coupon makes it $1.50 for one. check your binders

    I went in today to do a run through of the store. Cinn Toast Crunch @ Fiber One DO NOT qualify for the $2 off coupon! The only brands that do are:

    Honey nut clusters
    Raisin Bran
    Total (all varieties)
    Wheaties
    Oatmeal crisp
    Pretty much all cherrios

    I found $2.00 off coupons on the pork tenderloins that are already on sale for $4.99 lb! Was so excited to find a meat coupon. My store is in buford.

    Our Publix accepted the $2.00 off General Mills Coupon today and I bought 4 boxes. It says GENERAL MILLS CEREAL ANY VARIETY so if the coupon states that you do have an argumnent there. But my publix took it with no problems! Also I did not find the Tuna Pouches $1.00 each? Where are you guys finding them. The cheapest I saw was $1.39 each

    Putting this here for the port st lucie and stuart couponers.. Store manager at the Veranda falls publix is very coupon friendly. Becker rd off the turnpike try it out no reason to take crap from nasty cashiers when there are stores wanting our business..

    To beth..my store here in central fl DOES take the 2 off for the fiber one as long as you pick the right size…fiber one have different sizes and you have to make sure you pick the 15oz to 17oz…I just got 9 last Thursday and have sa 2.65 money maker from the Manu coupons…..

    Found a $1/2 Kraft Home style Mac n Cheese – this will make a BARGAIN with the BOGO :D Kraft Homestyle Macaroni & Cheese, 12.6 oz, BOGO $2.59 – makes it .85 each :D I think this is a good price for these..anyone else ??
