I’m so glad that the Pompeian BOGO hit the same week as the $ 10/100 coupon!!! I’m so easily excited that it’s kind of scary.
I saw the pompeian but I thought the price seemed higher than usual. I just bought some 2 weeks ago I believe on a BOGO, but don’t remember it being that high before q’s. I can’t remember which brand it was though.
The BOGO a week or so ago was for the Pompeian “Classic” and “Light” varieties, not the “Extra Virgin.” The Extra V is more expensive (but worth it!). I think it has gone up a bit since the last time it was BOGO, but it’s still a good price, particularly if you have $ 1/1 coupons. I can’t live without Extra V, so I’m in! haha!
There are a few good items. But it doesn’t seem like as many great deals as usual
LOVING the avocado and Smithfield bacon prices though. I scored Publix q’s and manufacturer q’s for Smithfield at a coupon clipping site!

Just noticed that you have a bunch of q’s in the matchups that expire 1/31/12. Our Publix does not allow expired q’s to be used.
Sharon, many Publix stores will allow you to use an expired q as long as it’s used during the week it expires. I am guessing that’s why she went ahead and posted it

Just a question, not a complaint, okay? I “heart” this site!! I noticed on some of the matchups, you use coupons that expire on 1/31. If I’m not mistaken, sales start on Wednesday in some areas, and on Thursday in others. Will Publix let you use expired coupons if it is only a day or two after they expire? I hope so, because some of these will be great deals! Thank you guys for all you do.

Most Publix stores will take a manufacture coupon that has expired within a certain amount of time, usually 1 or 2 weeks beyond the expiration date. That is why she posts them :O)

If it starts with a 5 it’s a manufacturers q with the Publix logo on it. It cannot be stacked
I like to argue that fact that if it states “Redemable at Publix Only” That means it is a publix coupon. I win every time.

Monique, That’s interesting….I’d be interested in knowing if they’ve ever said you were right…or if they just concede and give it to you. I believe you win only because they’re known for their customer service and want you to leave happy. What I’ve always been told is….if it has a “5″ on it…it is a MQ and shouldn’t be stacked.

Check the price of Digorno Pizza @ Walmart before you use them on this sale! I used my $1/1 cps on Pizza @ Walmart & it made them $3.89 after cps~

Does the $1/1 Swanson in store coupon (peg board) match with the 2/$4 sale
Can you use 2 of the $10/1 deli platter if you are buying 2 platters and $30 in Pepsi,Frito Lay,etc.? My daughter’s birthday is Sat. and I was thinking I could get the popcorn chicken and the medium cubanitos platter along with the $30 in other products for under $50. Then I could do my other grocery items to get to $100 and use the $10 off. If it would work, it would be a winner in my book.
I don’t see why not. As long as you fulfill the requirements for 2, you should be able to do 2. Just check the coupon first and make sure it says one coupon per item not one coupon per customer.
The always infinity pads are already 3.99 at my public. You can use the (2) $2 off 1 coupons which expire on 1/31 to combine with the target and get two 18ct boxes for $1.50 each!

Hey Michelle, anyway you can post about how WIC moms can get 2x the baby food this week with their wic checks. A lot of folks don’t know that you can use WIC checks along with BOGOs. This even includes products that aren’t included on the “approved” list. For example: If General Mills Cereals are bogo one week, you can get your 2 or 3 approved boxes of cereal (chex, kix, etc) and use the bogo for non-approved varieties included in the sale.
Just thought it might help some other Moms out there.

At my Publix they look at me crazy when I try to explain this to them. I have only found 1 Publix that will allow WIC participants to get non-WIC approved items as part of the FREE ones in a BOGO deal.
If your stores don’t allow for this ask to speak to a manager, and if they still don’t you need to report them to the WIC office. Stores that accept WIC are REQUIRED to give WIC receipient the same savings availible to all customers. This includes coupons, bogos, membership rewards etc.
This is only a guess but I think this would only work in Publix stores that have a true BOGO free. If you’re not paying for the second item it should work however if both items are half price there is no way to force it through.
This is true. I come from the land of true BOGO, so I kinda forgot about the 50% thing. In the case of 50% it’s still a good time to use WIC checks because it saves the program money
I live in LOD and 50% BOGO and I’m allowed only the approved WIC on BOGO. So when cereal, oatmeal,juice,peanut butter,cheese and canned milk(only once I caught formula) I try to stock up. A lot of stores didn’t know about it but you just have to show them your WIC folder/booklet …It’s printed on it!! Also don’t let them get you on the sizes…If WIC says up to 36oz of cereal and cereal and oatmeal are BOGO get all u can like 18oz cereal get 2 and 12oz oatmeal get 2. 18+12=30 so you are in limits and get other 2 from BOGO. Hope it helps and I try to tell other when I see them.

Yes the trial size are! I am in Florida and have gotten them before. They are hard to find though.
Can you use the coupons from the P&G Saver on them? I don’t see anywhere on it that says you can’t use it on trial size.

The trial size are usually $5.99 and the current $10/1 q in the p&g does not exclude the trial size. I buy these often for the overage and have never had a problem (I’m in GA). BUT I noticed the other day that the price tag on the little hanging thingy now marks them as “clearance, while supplies last” so I’m thinking that my store is going to stop carrying them.
Anxiously waiting to see what this $10 Publix gift card WYB $100 in groceries is all about.

Do you think the $100 total required is before coupons/BOGO savings? For example, if I actually only spend $60, but my savings was $45 that totals more than $100. Can I get the gift card or does my out-of-pocket have to be more than $100?
here in fl, your ‘free’ items that are a part of BOGO don’t count towards your total, but it is before your coupons if you give them that coupon first. i’d like to know if anyone has a different experience though!
The Publix I work for gives the gift card before coupons and senior discount is taken off. not counting other gift cards, stamps, alcolhol, pharmacy, and tobacco

I am trying to find a couple of coupons and having a hard time doing so. The Betty Crocker Premium Brownie Mix has a coupon listed for $1/2 in the 11/10/11 paper but there is no 11/10/11 paper and it does not list which ad nor is there a coupon in the SS 12/11/11 paper for .75/2. The Mt. Olive Pickles coupon for $1/1 is not in the SS 1/22/12. The Sargento Shredded Cheese only has the .50/2 in the SS 1/22/12 and I would love to find the $1/2. Can anyone help me find any of these coupons.
I just looked at the coupon database for the Betty Crocker coupon and it states that the $1/2 11/10/11 coupon is actually a peelie. Also, I’m in MetroAtl and my Mt. Olive coupon is $0.50/1 and my Sargento is $0.40/2 both of which were in the 1/22 SS from the Atlanta Journal. If your store doesn’t double then our area coupons won’t really help you. Your best bet is to look on Ebay to see were the high dollar value coupons (probably California or NY) came out and check with a coupon clipping service from there. Hope this helps.
Remember some coupons are regional so your region may not have had that coupon in it where other regions would.

Do you remember if this coupon was limited to $50 being your pre-coupon price or post-coupon price? It may not be hard to do before coupons, but yeah if it is after coupons, it may not be worth it.
The cas card was always pre coupon. you would just have to hand the $10 off gas card coupon before you handed them the rest of your coupons. Hoping that this $10 off a $100 purchasee will be the same way

And the reason the total is before coupons is because Publix is reimbursed for all the coupons, plus a little extra for some coupons. If a cashier tells you to cough up the coupons beforehand, set them straight. In a nice way
However, the worst part of it is, that Publix will no longer allow you to combine your receipts to get to $100. I work at Publix and that is something that Corporate sent down =(
It isnt $10 off your $100 purchase, you receive a $10 gift card for your next purchase with this weeks deal…At least here in Florida thats what it reads…

Yes, you can use them both. I had them the BOGO coupon first, and I usually fill in the amount – the cashiers always seem to appreciate that and it saves time for them and you.

1. The complete contact solution (BOGO) at my publix had a $1 off 1 peelie on it.

The coupons are Kroger coupons and 1 is for 1$/2 Sargento Natural Cheese Products, any variety, 5 oz or larger. The other coupon is a 2$/2 coupon for a 4 pack of Starbuck’s Frappucinos or Double Shots. They’re manufacturer coupons that will go great with this weeks sale. Too bad they’re not store coupons that you could use with a manufacturer. The best coupon is the “free eggs” coupon that they included in the packet!
At my publix yesterday at the register was a page of coupons (free) that was called Running Out Run In. Has a coupon for $2.00 off the $ 6.99 Bounty paper towels and $1.00 off Cascade that is on sale for $3.99. These are publix coupons so you can put another coupon with them.

Last night I paired the $ 2.00/1 Publix coupon with Target $1.00/1 (RP 1/22/12) :
Net was $ 6.99 – $2.00 – $ 1.00 = $ 3.99 for paper towels!!!
I’m wondering the digorno pizzas… They are 2 for $12.. but at my publix there was a tear off coupon on the freezer door for $3 off two digornos. I also have that $2 off coupon from a while ago.. then there is the publix coupon for $1 off. How does this work? Can I use all three coupons? I wasn’t sure if they would take two manufactureers coupons for two pizzas… Thanks
