Natures Garden Delivered 3 grid 6 Atlanta Folks Natures Garden Delivered Is A Groupon Deal Today!I just happened to noticed that one of the Groupon deals for Atlanta today is a box from the organic produce delivery company that I use – Nature’s Garden Delivered!

For $19 you will get a small box of produce from Nature’s Garden Delivered ($38 Value). To give you an idea of what is in the small box, here is an example of some things I got last week :

Red Cabbage
Carrots
Red Potatoes
Green Romano Beans
Green Leaf Lettuce
4 Bell Peppers
5 Red Onions
Roma Tomatoes
Green Kale

I actually chose to modify my box and replaced 2 items that I was supposed to get in order to double up on my onions and and bell peppers as I needed them for recipes. I get the small box and it is more than plenty for my family of four.

I know lots of you guys had questions about it when I posted my yearly totals…so if you have wanted to give it a try – this might be the best time to give it a go! Be sure and check that they deliver to your area

Looks like a good deal! Thanks for posting. Our family has used http://www.eatrightatlanta.com and they deliver as well. I may try just to compare the two.

I am so confused… Not sure if this is a great deal or not, can you take away some of the items and add diffreent ones.

They send you a list of what is “in your box”. You can then do up to 3 substitutions. You also get to identify items that you never want in your box so they will never be on your list. No one at my house eats radishes or rutabagas so I chose to omit those from ever being offered in my box.

Honestly I have never made all three substitutions. I love the variety that the boxes offer and really only make modifications if I need something for a recipe.

I saw your post at the end of 2011 and started researching the Atlanta area to find out what you were talking about. I came across Nature’s Garden, assumed that was the one you were using, and my family is now in the process of turning our 15 acre farm into the Sarasota version. Thanks for the business idea!

How do the co-ops and services like this compare to the farmers market, like Delakb Farmer’s Market? I’ve been looking into joining a co-op, but we went to the Farmer’s Market for the first time a couple weeks ago, and couldn’t believe the savings… Can anyone tell me if this type of thing is cheaper or about the same?
