For anyone looking for a similar to sugar but DELICIOUS cookie, this is one to try! This is my 1st choice for sugar cookies for Christmas. There is even a good eggnog icing to try! We L-O-V-E them!
Where would I find the recipe for the eggnog icing?

Here’s my Eggnog icing recipe:
In mixer bowl, mix 3 cups confectioners sugar and 1/2 cup softened butter until blended. Gradually beat in 1/3 cup of eggnog until icing is smooth. (makes 1 1/2 cups icing).
