Weekly Ad & Coupons 7/14 to 7/20 (7/13 to 7/19 for some)
July 11, 2011
Here is the sneak peek of the Publix ad that begins 7/14 (7/13 for some). Let me know if you find additional coupons and I will get them added :-)
Remember this is the metro Atlanta version of the ad. Be sure to check your ad for any variations. This is a huge ad with tons of great deals.
When you see the checkmark
– those items are either a great stockpile price or a stockpile price with coupon(s). Some items are designated stock up price based on a coupon doubling, so if your store doesn’t double it may not be a stock up price for you.

Thanks for all the great deals you let us know about.
Yeah, coffee, finally!
LisaT do you know what flyer the 8 O Clock coupon was in i believe there is a 2 of 2?
I don’t remember. Mine have been clipped $1 off 1 and $2 off 2. I am not at home so I can’t check the exp date. they expire sometime this week, though, hopefully after the sale.
There is a 1/1 and a 2/2 in the 6/5.
The Eight O’ Clock coffee coupon is in the 06/05 SS, the $1.00/1 expires 07/24/11 the $2.00/2 expires on 08/31/11. Hope this helps!!
Thank you so very much! I was going crazy looking for that coupon and it is not listed on the coupon database so it might had been regional, but I am so glad we got it!
Thanks. That makes me feel better. I was thinking the coupons expired this week sometime. We are on our last bag and were beginning to get desparate.
Remember that time my prediction last week was like 3 months off of when eight oclock would go BOGO again? LOL never listen to me again!
Glad you were wrong!!! lol But just in case you’re right next time, going to by more than 8 bags this week! Not taking any more chances.
Thanks for the ad, Michelle!
Coffee, Splenda and coffee creamer… Yes!
I can’t remember…………what size does the Huggies Snug and Dry go up to? I’m needing a size 5.
I just bought a size 5 Huggies snug and dry diapers last week
Thanks!
They make them in size 5. That’s what I get!
) I believe they go up to 6…
No prints available for Suave body wash.
Great ad – coffee, pickles, dog food and light bulbs. Just what I needed!!! Thanks so much!
Yay! Chef Boyardee BOGO!
Thanks Michelle!
Thank You!
I am sooo excited about back to school sales!
Office Max has a better deal on 3 items this week: they have an in-ad coupon for 12 ct black fine sharpies for $1 limit 1, Paper Mate Clearpoint Starter Kit 2 ct for $1 with a limit of 3, Office max 100 page 1 subject notebooks $1 with a limit of 2.
I got the ad from the sunday paper, got really excited jumped into my car and drove to OFFICE DEPOT, had a hell of a time finding the OFfice Max brand notebook, the manager came over and said you’ll have to find a office depot notebook and i’ll honor the price. I got my sharpies, pencils and notebooks with a price match basically.
I don’t see how that’s a better deal than free at publix??
I really appreciate you having up the new Publix deals so quickly every Monday morning. Thank you!
The $2/1 Kashi on Recyclebank came up at only 75 points for me once I clicked on it. Yay! Does anyone know if there is a limit on how many you can “buy”?
I printed it last month and it printed only once for me. Also, there is a limit of 1 Kashi coupon per month. Atleast thats the message I received last month.
I tried to get more Naked coupons (for the smoothies) in March and Recycle Bank limited me to one per month – In April they made some changes so I do not know if the “One per month” on categories is still in effect. If they deny your coupon – they don’t take off any points so it is worth a try.
Today I printed for the first time from Recyclebank and in the quantity I put only one because I wanted to see the result. It printed with no problem but only gives you one print, the back button tells that you reached the limit, so I went in again and when I added the coupon to my cart, a message in red populated telling me that you can only print only once a day of the same kind of coupon ????
My guess is that you have to put the amount of coupons you want in one single transaction, but I do not know for sure.
If someone else has some input in this matter it will be very well appreciated.
I was able to print two, I got cut off recyclebank and went back to my account clicked it and i was allowed to print it twice. try going to your account and reopen it mit should let you print it twice, hope this helps.
Does anyone have extra Hebrew Hot dog peelies?
I cannot find the Target Scotch scissors coupon. Help?
I don’t see it either. it was there a few days ago.
For those who can use Whole Foods as a competitor, there is a $1/1 Cascadian Farms cereal or granola bar Whole Foods Q on their website. Makes for a super price when stacked with man. Qs!
thanks!
Do you know, by any chance, if the cereal will be on sale as well, or just the bars? Thanks
WOW! great ad!!! Thank you soo much!!!
Looks like a great week at Publix! I love that I can buy cheap school supplies while I buy groceries!
Does anyone have any extra Target Scotch Scissor coupons that they will not be using just need 1???
that pdf file with all the scotch tape coupons had a $1.00 off for any scotch scissors good until 9/31/11. Not sure of the web address Maybe someone else can help with that.
http://www.3m.com/brands/scotch/promos/welcomecoupon.pdf
thanks!
won’t you need two target coupons?? What would one get you??
There was no “Target” coupon for scissors, I printed it last week and it is a Manufacturer coupon from target.com, there is no stacking that I am aware of.
You can print any amount of manuf. coupons from the 3m web page and using 2 of them will give you 2 free scissors.
POPTARTS! Yes!
Poptarts – for 10 cents less than the regular price. Was hoping they could have offered better than that!
Me was hoping less too!
Regular price is 2.39, I checked this week. I was hoping for a BOGO though.
I remember that the Target Scotch scissors coupon was actually a manufacturers coupon and not a Target store coupon.
$1/1 Cascadian Farm Granola Bars from Whole Foods, makes them $0.69 each if your store accepts WF as a competitor.
http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/coupons/
thanks for the tip..i wanted to try this brand…
try them – they are awesome! We get the chocolate chip kind – yum!
Finally some different BOGO items!!!! Woohoo!!!!
if you got the vocalpoint free sample of the frosted miniwheats with a touch of fruit, there’s a BOBO and (3) $1/1′s in the package! exp 7/15!
I have them and can’t wait to use them!
I’ve been waiting on this sale to use them! Keep in mind they expire FRIDAY 7/15, so get to the store ASAP!
looks like a Money Maker with the MFR and TARGET/PUBLIX coupons on the Scotch Scissors!!
The Target site coupon prints out as a manufacture Q, so no mm but still free scissors:)
the publix coupon is actually a manu also
The Publix coupon is for adult scissors that are 8 inches and the ones on sale are 5 inches so not a match.
Both Target Q and the Publix Q in the Smart Saving booklet are manufacturer, so no stacking. Still free though!
oh did not know… couldn’t print the Target ones this morning
I think the Bic coupon from Target is only $1/2.
yes you are right…i just printed them.
yep just printed myself.. still free though–i think
nope..its not manufacturer so it will not double in lands with doubles coupons..im from FL..well .50 cents each aint bad either..
Awesome!!! Thanks, Michelle!!!
Thanks for the post!!!
Publix Crispy Chicken Fritters, 25 oz pkg $6.99
There was a $1/1 q for these in the Greenwise mag. Not a fantastic deal but just wanted let you know there is a q out there for it.
How do you get the chef boyardee coupon? A child hunger page comes with for me with that link. Thanks!
You need a code from a participating product to get the coupon. I’m sure someone has an extra code to post. I’m all out of them. They come off Marie Callendar’s meals, Peter Pan Peanut butter, Chef Boyardee.
The code is posted by it on the ad.
enter this code 74575328 on child hunger page (i think its on the bottom left corner) and then it will let you print. Hope that helps!
Matt, no moneymaker. They’re all manufacturer’s coupons.
Right, but aren’t they BOGO? you can use two MQs and make a whopping penny, right? LOL I’m never really into the moneymakers (unless I need the item and then it’s a huge bonus!)
Bogo Mini-Wheat just in the nick of time! Finally, we Vocalpoint users can use the Bogo mq and the $1/1 mqs that are expiring soon!
Ugh! I just used mine since I saw it was going to expire!
I second that, michelle – I have been patiently waiting with my BOGO manu coupon from Vocalpoint – if it wasn’t on ad today – I had alternate plans to use it at Target where Mini-Wheat is 2.50 each – so glad I waited! Be at the store Thursday – those expire on July 15th
I have the Kellogg’s coupons for the Frosted Mini Wheats and I also have a $1.50 off fresh fruit when you buy 2 Kellogg’s Cereals. Can I use both, or will they all attach to the cereal?
Hey there! <3 Juliett
The $1.50 off coupon will attach to the fruit.
Fruit q attaches only to fruit. Use both and happy saving! =)
I couldn’t find the Orville Redenbacher Q or the Hebrew National Q in my June All You.
Also, coupons from Target just won’t print lately for me. They try to load forever. All other sources are fine, just Target’s are weird. Am frustrated to miss the GE and Sharpie Q’s! Oh well, I suppose it all evens out!
Not sure, but I think they might just be in the Walmart Store version not the mailed version. It’s really weird because you would think it would be the other way around. I bought the in-store edition and I have the coupons.
Thanks for the info. I thought I was going nuts!
The good news is that you don’t have to rush out to buy every month at Wal Mart in addition to your subscription. I figured out that those ConAgra booklets only appear once a quarter. The Qs from the June All You expire 8/30 so there should be new ones in the September Edition.
Thanks!
The Target store coupons don’t print with unique codes so you should be able to find alternate sources for them if you Google.
i just hope they’re kids scissors. Those are always on the school supply list and it’s just about that time again!!!
I think the Scotch 5 are 5 inch scissors which are kids scissors. In this case, the adult scissors coupon from the Smart Savings booklet will not apply. But the PDF coupon will allow us to get FREE kids’ scissors – yay!
What is single flyer was this a seperate page/flyer in the newspaper?
For those having trouble with the Suave coupon. Using zip code 33065 on coupons.com, there is a $1/2 Suave Body wash. It is a manufacturer’s coupon but states “Redeem only at dollar general” I never have trouble using these at my store but I guess it’s up to each individual store to decide if they’ll take it. Good luck!
I’m not seeing the scotch scissors coupon on target. anyone else have this problem?
same here… can’t find it
It is no longer available-it was a manufacturers coupon anyway-not a Target store coupon.
Where do you go to get the glue coupons once you are on the upromise page?
grocery ecoupons (u hve to join first ) but the coupon is 75 cent off 2 not 1 !!
YAYA!! Thanks for the ad! Lookk forward to it every monday (even though I live in SC)!!!!!!!
The publix colgate coupon is not a match as “total” and “advanced” do not come in a 6.4 oz size (so they won’t be included).
Does the Target IP work for this BOGO? It says 4.6oz or larger, Colgate Max.
Based on pricing at Curbside, it doesn’t look like it.
Does anyone have a zip for the Chex Mix?
I used 70754 to get the Chex Mix coupon.
This worked, thanks!
The current YAB has $3 off Publix half gallon ice cream wyb 2 IBC 6 packs.
There is a $0.50/1 Yoplait Multipack, exp. 8/13/11 (SS 06/19/11), includes Fiber One which is BOGO. Happiness to those of you in double coupon land!
I can’t get the Target Coupons to print!
if you dont have one get a fire fox browser 3 point something the newer ones like 5 and 6 are not supported yet either so go with an older version .
I’m running Firefox 5.0 and, while it didn’t work for the first few days, its working fine now.
There is a $2/1 Huggies Manufactor coupon on Target.com it’s for the ennui & Dry as well so a total of $5 off!!!
Finally Hersheys syrup is on sale
w coupon .60 a piece Im happy
On the Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original 16.25 to 18 oz, BOGO $1.33
I found a tearpad on an endcap at my Wal-Mart a few weeks back. The tearpad had 2 coupons on it, 50 cents off any 1 Kraft BBQ sauce and 50 cents off any 1 velveeta shells and cheese. So i’m SO happy that the bbq sauce is b1g1, now I just have to wait for the velveeta to be back on the b1g1 sale so i can use those coupons and get some free or cheap mac and cheese!
Happy couponing to all!
The Kraft and Velveeta one I got at Walmart last month was for the larger size Kraft BBQ sauce. You might want to check the restrictions on the coupon; hopefully, you got a different one that will work. I was able to use the Velveeta one when they were B1G1 a few weeks ago.
Anyone know if the new fruit filled mini wheats are included in the bogo? I’ve been holding on to a BOGO coupon I got from Vocalpoint. Hoping they are included, then it will make 2 boxes free!
Does anyone know what zip code to use for the chex mix?
30187
Hi Laura! I found them on the zip code 30102.
I just printed from 32003
Send an email to Sydney@dropps.com requesting some of their coupons. Don’t forget to give them your mailing address. It says allow 2-3 weeks for delivery so I’m going to try my hardest to get a raincheck if I don’t get these coupons before the sale ends. I found this info on the Dropps facebook page. Still hoping I can find the tearpad though.
https://www.facebook.com/Dropps
I found .25/1 poptart peelies at dollar general when I bought pop tarts. Saved them for a good sale, but would rather have a better deal than .10 cents off. Hmm. They will double for me though. To use or not to use. Yay for mini wheats though and eight o clock coffee. Good for breakfast now what about supper?
Was anyone able to print the elmer’s glue coupon from Upromise?
You don’t print Upromise coupons. Money is added into your Upromise account when you have Publix cashiers scan your green Upromise card.
Did anyone find the GE Lightbulb Target coupon?
Hey Maria…I went under households and the GE q was on the 2nd page. I just printed 2. HTH!!!!
unless the GE light bulbs that are on sale are the halogen, energy smart cfl or reveal cfl or LED then this coupon doesnt match. I believe what is on sale is the regular soft white bulbs.
oh good lord you have to be KIDDING me! i JUST got a pack of $3 playtex living gloves last week…no coupon to be found. and NOW theyre bogo. just my luck. oh well. lol. i needed them then, now i got a pair, and i dont need them anymore! lmao. guess this is my clue to get to bed. :/
But, you can buy another pair and put them away for later. This is a pretty rare BOGO item! This is how my life is too!
Would anyone be willing to trade their $1 off 1 Silk Milk q’s in the ss 7-10 inserts with me? I would them if they won’t be used and I can probably send you something you want too!
thanks!
KB
kb@theribelins.com
I can send them to you. As soon as I get home tonight, I can drop them in the mail. I don’t want anything in return/for trade. I don’t use them and am always happy to help if I have something someone can. I have six (6) and am in Tampa. If this is cool, send me an address at cayacoup@hotmail.com
Happy Tuesday Everyone!
you could get 20 for the cost of a sunday paper, $2.00 on http://www.lorihas3kids.com
Can anyone find the Scotch 5 Scissors Target Coupon?
Thanks, *JoAnn*
not me
It was a Manufacturer coupon so it can’t be stacked with the other MFQ. She should have put it in red, not green.
http://www.3m.com/brands/scotch/promos/welcomecoupon.pdf
JoAnn, it’s gone. It was on the Target site under the coupon link but it was actually a manufacturer’s coupon, not a store coupon.
Thanks! Nothing lost then
I got a Target ad in the mail yesterday called College 2011. It had a whole page of Target coupons one was for 1.50 off GE Energy Smart light bulb item.
Some of the other coupons for: deoderants, shampoo, toothpaste, soap, personal care items, body wash, body lotion, laundry detergent, shave gel.
The brand names: Nivea, Old Spice, Cheer, Right Guard, Gillette, Kotex, Always, Tampax, Secret, Olay, Irish Spring, Oral B, Crest, Head & Shoulders, Herbal Essence, Pantene, Aussie.
That same Target college 2011 has a 5 off 75 purchase… which I hope can be used at my publix since Target is competitor…. any thoughts????
Yes Suzanna, they will honor that coupon from Target. Here in South Florida my publix considers an Italian Market called Doris a competitor as well as Target. Doris always has coupons that say 15 off 50.00 or 20.00 off 100.00. They let me use those ALL the time. Since I have been couponing though, I hardly ever get to use the 20.00 off 100.00 because my bill never get’s that high!! LOL Good Luck!!!
Dawn I get a mailer for Doris almost every week but not once have I seen a coupon. Do you get them from ads at their store? Where do you get 15 off 50??? That would so awesome!
cant you use 5/10.00 off before using coupons?
Use that coupon off your total BEFORE the rest of your coupons!
When are Kashi products going BOGO again!? I have a TON of Q’s!!!
Just a note: The noxema shavers! I wouldn’t use them ever again if someone gave me 100 dollars per razor! It took me 3 razors to shave BOTH my legs in ONE try! I even googled it afterwards and tons of people have said the same thing!
Just a note to save you ladies from some pain! Eek! Good deal or not, it isn’t worth it
I’m pretty sure the noxzema razors are for the bikini line, not your whole leg. (If they are the little ones)
I dont know which cause I havent seen the actual ad, was just a friendly lady warning
i like those little ones though.. might be too much info though.. but it beats a big razor on the bikini line =)
i forgot to check in publix today – oh well
Seriously! The Noxzema razors are horrible! If you like shaving your legs with a vegetable peeler these are for you!
What zip code do I use for the rolling Kashi pizza coupon on coupons.com?
mine had it at 32301
The Target coupon for GE Lightbulbs states it’s for “Energy Efficient Halogen, Energy Smart CFL, Reveal CFL, or LED.”
The Publix BOGO is for “Soft White 40, 60, 75, or 100 watt, 4 ct,” so it’s not a match.
Wish it were.
oops I just said the same thing in response to to a comment above…guess I should have read further! but yes the coupon does not match what is on sale.
There is a coupon on the pruina web site I found a while back for $2.00 off and the Publix pet coupons has a $2.00 off. So $4.00 a bag off on Purina One. I hope this works because it will mean some free dog food.
I was going to do the same thing Tracey. Two problems though. The Publix pet coupon is for Purina One Beyond, not regular Purina one AND it’s for a bag that is 15 pounds or larger. The BOGO is a 4 pound bag. Oh well. There will always be another deal. My mutt prefers Pedigree anyway.
There are no coupons for the dogfood either, that i have seen.. i thought i had one, but the product in my store is different than listed on this site, i guess.. =(
CVS will have Vlasic pickles on sale for $1.00 each, so they’ll be 45 cents after the coupon.
Publix has $1 coupon for glad force flex trash bag(zip code 35222).
The Glad Target coupon is for the 84 count so sad to say this is not a match
I printed out the Manuf Kashi coupons but noticed as I was organizing them to match with the Target Q that they read “One coupon per visit”. UGHHH!
The Publix I shopped at today (Crossville, Roswell GA) took all 4 .75c coupons and the target coupone making it 4 meals for $5.00!!
Just because they took them, does that make it legitimate couponing?
The BBQ sauce is listed for $1.45 BOGO in the ad that I can see.
I have a question. I’m going to jump on the Milk Bone Chewy Dog Snacks with both coupons for a money maker at my Publix. Can I use more than one coupon per transaction? Thanks!
I hope this gets answered because I have enough for 16 deals. The Winn Dixie coupon does say one per transaction, so I think it would depend on the cashier.
If it helps, all publix take certain competitors coupos, mine takes target and winn dixie, you can use 1 of any store coupons, publix or competitors and 1 manufacturer coupon for each item purchased.
How many times can one print the Scotch on the rolling q? Would one get in trouble for so many prints? How many times you can use in one store?
i was wondering the same thing!!!
please let me know!
I think it depends on the store since the manager has the right to limit quantities. Doesnt look like theres a limit on how many you can print though.
There is a $1.00/2 All Publix Store coupon in the Summer Savings flyer good until 7/15. This will pair nicely with the RP $1.00/1 coupon.
There is also a .55/1 coupon off of Snuggle in the same Publix flyer.
Amy, I’m not sure which flyer you’re talking about. What does it look like?
Hi, Does anyone live in the Bradenton area where they use Albertoson coupons?
Do they use them for the meat or 5.00 off coupon. ?
i cant find a publix that does.
The Publix on Manatee Ave across from St. Stephens takes Albertons coupons. I’ve been able to use the meat ones sometimes but not others and they always take the $5 off. I would think the Publix directly across from Albertsons would too but I never shop there.
Yes the one on University just West of Albertson’s takes their coupons. There’s also a Carrabbas inside that will fix your meal while you shop! They also take Target there. Also, the one on SR70 and I-75 takes Albies and Target. I live out East and both of my Publix’s don’t hardly take anything anymore, so I find myself driving West to shop. The deals more than make up for the Gas $.
Check the “Store Info” tab on the top of the website, most stores and the competitors that they accept are listed, and if you have some store info to add, email michelle to let her know.
Does “Limit one coupon per purchase,” mean I have to go in separate/multiple times to use more than one of these? Or does it just mean that I have to have an item to match up to each coupon?
one item=one purchase so you can use multiple in one transaction
Purchase is an item, transaction is a completed sale. You can have multiple purchases per transactions. Unfortunately not all cashiers and managers understand the difference. This is why I try to go to the same cashiers each time.
I see that publix is going to have coke two liters buy 2 get one free? I have two manuf q for buy one get one free so what would be the best way for me to take advantage of this buy??/ Please help
I think it might work this way. Since the B2G1 deal is a publix deal (it rings that way at the register, no coupon required), technically you are buying 3 items. Since you have 2 B1G1 coupons, you need to “buy” 2 items” to get 2 items free.
Let’s say Coke is $1.00 each. You buy 4 for a total of $4.00.
$4.00
– 1.00 for the B2G1 sale.
– 1.00 (one B1G1 coupon.
– 1.00 (second B1G1 coupon).
Total of $1.00 for 4 bottles of Coke. I hope that’s not too confusing. If I’m wrong, someone please point that out! : )
I would buy 6.
#1 buy
#2 FREE B1G1q
#3 FREE Publix sale
#4 FREE B1G1q
#5 FREE B1G1q (actually from #6)
#6 FREE Publix sale
So buy 1 get 5 FREE!
Here in N AL we HAVE to buy the two to get the one free (vs. the usual BOGO sale where everything is half price). Only buying one would cost full price. So I agree, buy 6.

I found a peelie coupon regular sized Oreos this week. It’s a $1/2 toward any Nabisco product. Exp. 8/1/11
It seems like the past few weeks I’m going to publix with mostly printable coupons! I find I’m not cutting alot of coupons from the inserts anymore with the Publix ads is anyone else noticing this?
I have always found that to be the case, since I started using coupons a couple of years ago. I definitely use more printables than insert — of course, where I live we don’t get many of the good insert coupons.
Hahaha! I was thinking the same thing the other day when I went shopping.
sorry, but this doesn’t really have anything to do with the post. except that as I’m scrolling down looking at the savings posted my four year old daughter points to the right side of the screen and says mom that lady is shaking her booty at that other lady….why?? I ask the same thing. I know that you get extra insentive by having advertisement. however, do you get to screen what is on your page? lowermybill.com’s advertisement is a little err……weird??!! I’m just saying…..
I also found $1/1 coupon in SS 7/10 for the cat food bringing it to 2.99 a bag.
Heading to FL for vacation next week and have a question…I know that in FL you need to buy 2 items to take advantage of BOGO offers. Do you need to buy 2 items when there is a 2/$3 price such as the Int’l Delights Coffee Creamer or can you just buy one item and get it for half the published price? I’m a GA girl so I’m not used to the FL coupon rules.
The other deals like you said 2/$3 or 10/$10 you don’t need the get the amount stated. Buying 1 for $1.50 or 1 for $1 works here.
at publix, buying one item on a 2/$2 is okay at publix.. but beware, i bought something from a walgreens once in jacksonville.. and i HAD to buy both items to get the deal.. not sure if only walgreens does this, but no grocery stores seem to. i didnt know until i already left the store and was in my car.. i went back in and paid 10 cents for the other thing.. =)
walgreens and cvs do the “buy more, save more” thing where you have to buy the greater quantities to get the deal, but Publix never does that…
I got a Zantac for free using the $5 website coupon and the $2 target coupon. Weird…the website let me print out 3 more $5 coupons today! I’ve got a $3 moneymaker and if I can print up another webiste one I’ll make $6 total! whoopwhoop! Also, I made a trip today…$51 worth of items and paid $15!
Nice! =)
what coupon arr you using to make it a money maker? I bought 4 today but with the target Q and IP the best i could get was free x)
Not a moneymaker afterall.
( Got happy with the $5 coupons and thought if I used 2 on 1 box I’d make $3 but I can’t stack 2 MQ! LOL Free is good, too, tho.
D Got my mom to print me a $2 target Q so I’m heading tomorrow to get another free box.
No prints are available for the suave body wash
Karen, coupons.com has a $1/2 Suave bodywash Manufacturer’s Q (says redeemable at Dollar General but my stores have always been willing to accept these) Worth a shot. Try zip 33065
My Publix has Pepsi products 4/5.00 with coupons on the 2 liter save 1.00 wyb 3. My Publix also accepts Dollar General coupons. They have 1.00 pantene i think on one bottle. You could use that with the 3.88/2 and get them 1.00 bottle.
okay, so i went to publix to buy scotch scissors. bought two and gave two coupons from the pdf file (same coupon from this site). the second coupon did not go through. computer said it was invalid…was it invalid because only one coupon is aloud per transaction or because the coupon was more than the total (before tax) ??
allowed…sry
Your coupons were $2 and the item was $1.99. That’s why it wouldn’t go through. Yes, with taxes your total was probably $2.11 but coupons won’t work on taxes. Next time ask if they can adjust one of the coupons down. You could also buy another small cheap item so your coupon amount isn’t greater than your purchase amount. I’m assuming you didn’t buy anything else so there was nothing to eat up your $.01 overage.
okay thats what i thought…i usually dont go to this publix. but the publix i do go to usually deducts amount from tax! but r u certain that multiple coupons are allowed of the scotch coupon?
There’s nothing I see on the coupon that would tell me otherwise. It states “one coupon per purchase” which means you need one coupon for every pair of scissors you buy. If there was a limit, it would say “limit one coupon per transaction” or “limit of 4 like coupons per transaction” Something like that.
ooh wow, i didnt realize that there was such a big difference.
thank you so much for the clarification!!!
I tried to get 2 and the cashier said that because there was no PIN # like most of the new coupons, that they could only take one per transaction because they were so easy to reproduce. I think it’s crazy! They get reimbursed for all of those coupons and if scotch is allowing them to br printed, then we should be able to use them! She wasn’t very nice about it, either. I told her that I could just go put my groceries in the car and come back in and get another one over and over again but that it would just take up more time for both me and the cashiers not to mention the waste of receipt paper and her response was, “Well, it’s your perogative if that’s how you want to spend your time.” And it wasn’t exactly what she said, although she could have been nicer, but the tone of disdain that she took with me. How rude!!!!!!!
At my Publix the whole grain Chef Boyardee are included in the BOGO and I found buy 3 get 1 coupons in the All You June (the insert called Get More Summer).
There is $1/1 & $2/2 eightO’clock coffee in the SS 6/5.
i am so happy they had the shelves stocked with the coffee and a huge bin in the front overflowing =) i am tempted to grab a few more bags if they still have plenty next time i go to town.. (we arent huge coffee drinkers, except on the weekend.. i could stockpile for the whole fall/winter though when we drink it more often) I cannot believe every item but one was in stock.. there were no bugles.. but oh well, just writing about my deal makes me want to go back and grab some things =) hope everyone else had a great publix trip this week!
FYI…Publix in St. Pete, FL gallon milk is not $2.99. Just regular priced
Bummer.
please help! NONE od the bricks coupons will print for me anymore. Its been since you have to enter your zip code. It just stays on that little printer/computer screen. what do i do??
I’ve never had to enter a zip code to get a bricks coupon to print. I printed some just a few minutes ago. That’s odd if it’s happening to you.
Bricks coupons stopped printing for me a while back, and I discovered the problem was easily fixed by switching browsers
I have a Mac – they won’t print from Safari, but they print from Firefox. HTH!
I was able to find the Free Pepp Farm cookies peelie at my Publix. What a great deal- I bought 4 bags of 8 o’clock coffee and got 4 bags of Milano cookies for free! I had 2 $2 off purchase of 2 bags of the coffee as well. The cookies alone retailed for $3.49 each! I was so excited I had to come here and “brag” lol!
My Publix has the coke and pepsi deals swapped-the Coke 12 packs are B2G1 and the Pepsi 2L are 4 for $5 so I can’t use the Dr. Pepper coupon
My Walgreens has the Dropps detergent 30 loads (I think) on clearance for $2.59. This would be a great deal with the $2 tearpads.
My Publix in Central Fl did not have the GA peaches on sale for .99 lb. I was bummed!
Just to let those of you in Upstate SC know, the Publix in Easley is limiting the Kellogg’s cereal to a total of 10 boxes.
