Healthy Meals Happy Budget – Creamy Hamburger Noodle Casserole

I make a very similar casserole that I call spaghetti casserole. My 3 year old absolutely loves it and I honestly think he eats the same size portion as my husband when I make it! This is a great recipe that is simple, delicious and very budget friendly. If you had to go out and buy everything you would only spend $3.52 per serving.
