Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts has your Tide You Over Tuesday recipe. Since school is soon to start she is bringing us recipes to that will be perfect to pack in a lunch box. This week she has Sweet & Crunch Chicken Salad. Even if you don’t have kids headed off to school…this would be a great option to take to work or even a quick and easy dinner when you just don’t want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen!
