“Snack”urday – Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Amanda is out of town this weekend, so she has a guest post from Jennifer at Saving & Giving who has a great “Snack”urday for us this week: Chocolate Chip Cheeseball.
I have to say the image I got when I first heard the name was not so good as I immediately though cheddar cheese…hello- it is made with cream cheese!! Boy did I change my mind when I read the ingredients. It sounds so good that I think I might have to make this one…but I will have to get more powdered sugar as I used my entire stockpile making that cake for my little one last week!!

My sister makes this all the time at her children’s birthday parties (you know the adults are crowded around it). It is sooo yummy!

Your title says cheesecake instead of cheeseball.
I made this for an Oscar Mayer House Party I threw recently. Once people got over the “What the heck” reaction, they all thought it was delicious! Sadly, I had no leftovers. =)
