August 2, 2010

Here is the sneak peek of the Publix weekly ad beginning 8/5 (8/4 for some). Looks like another great week.    Let me know if you find any additional coupons and I will get them added!

When you see the checkmark stockpile button13 Publix Sneak Peek Weekly Ad 8/5 8/11 (8/4 8/10 in some areas) –those items are either a great stockpile price or a stockpile price with coupon(s).  Please note that some items are designated stock up price based on a coupon doubling.  Since each person will have a different stock up price based on need…I tried to list the best ones I noticed!

  1. Leslie says:

Just a head’s up – the coupon above for Healthy Harvest is linked to a Smart Taste coupon. Here’s the Healthy Harvest one! http://ronzonihealthyharvest.newworldpasta.com/pasta_coupon.cfm

    • Olenka says:

You can also find some hang tags on the bertolli olive oil… I found some on the bertolli’s I bought last week and I have seen them on a couple bertolli’s in Publix

  2. Carrie says:

Looks like Atlanta AJC did not get the Ragu Q in the RP this week?? :( Let me know if you have a few to trade! Thanks!!!!

  3. Kailin says:

Yeah! This looks better than the last couple weeks–or maybe I actually have the correct corresponding Qs!

  4. Emily says:

My Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Pasta coupon is $.75/1 instead of $1/2…love this pasta!

    • Frances says:

Make sure this is Healthy Harvest Coupon (not Smart Taste). I can’t find current Healthy Harvest coupons for .75 off.

  5. Lenka says:

Woohoo! Finally Ragu is on sale with great coupons!!! I will now have some sauce to go with all the pasta I have been stockpiling!

  6. Kissi says:

FYI: There are also target coupons for Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Cheerios on the target website. (Assuming your store accepts Target as a competitor of course)

  7. Christy says:

    -$1/1 Chinet Product, any

-$1/1 Nestle Toll House Refrigerated Cookie Dough, any

-$1/1 Lance Homepack Sandwich Crackers 8 ct 10 oz +

Anyone else having issues getting these to print?

  8. Thanks, Michelle! I’m anxious to see your checkmarks (best feature ever, by the way), I’m not seeing anything too exciting. Motts, Ragu.. The cookies would be a great deal too if the link would work! (Nestlefamily coupons are THE WORST).

  9. cris says:

I see nothing I need this week. woo hoo a break

  10. Bonnie says:

Looks good so far!! Thanks for your postings Michelle!! Always do an awesome job!!

  11. Kelly says:

FYI – you can go to http://www.freshexpress.com and print out the salad coupon (its a PDF file) so, you know what to do…….it doesn’t expire until 12/31.

  12. Rosemary says:

FREE betty crocker fruit sncks in true bogo! I have a ton of bogo q’s for these from a few months ago! Check your stash ladies!

    • kelli says:

where did you find bogo Q’a for betty crocker?

      • Rosemary says:

They were on the boxes of Betty Crocker fruit snacks. There was a huge display a few months ago at pblx and alot of varieties were displayed w/ the peelies on them.

        • Holly says:

So does that mean you took “a ton” of peelies without actually buying the product?

          • Jennifer says:

Thank you for pointing this out!! Greedy peelie theives tick me off!

          • wendyc33 says:

I dont think she said she took alot of them. You are jumping to that conclusion and being mean. I take a couple of them myself when i see them, cuz i use that product. Im always glad to find them, that is what they are on the box for. Im just saying some people do get carried away with them, but i dont think she said she took a bunch of them.

          • Rosemary says:

I did NOT state that I TOOK a ton of them! I have 3 kids and up until summer they brought lunch to school daily and now they are home for the summer! I purchase these every week and if anyone has ever read ANY of my past comments I am NOT a peelie taker as I consider this stealing-as I have stressed in the past! I am NOT a “greedy peelie taker” so don’t judge me or jump to conclusions as to HOW I obtain my q’s. Food for thought: If I buy 2 boxes and use 1 peelie for the free box that still gave me 1 peelie left over multipled by how many boxes I purchased! Example: I buy 16 boxes in a month and use 8 peelies that still leaves me 8 unused peelies! Maybe I will think twice prior to giving a thumbs up on a great deal because I didn’t know I would be critisized for doing so.

          • Holly says:

LOL I was just asking. I don’t really care. But your direct quote is “I have a ton of bogo q’s for these from a few months ago!” So that is why I asked how you got A TON. I have no idea how in the world you felt attacked either. I simple asked a question.

          • Holly says:

Ok, ok. I feel ALMOST a LITTLE bad. I was really just kidding around. I highly doubt “those people” who take the peelies of every product on the shelf would openly admit it and attach their name to it. Hence why I was kidding. Anyway, have a great day ladies!

        • Mary says:

Lets all try to stop judging each other ladies. This is about information not bashing each other.

          • Holly says:

Ok mama Mary, but again how was I judging or bashing for crying out loud. It was a question about something she said. There was no name calling, curse words, not even an accusation, simply a question.

  13. jan says:

Huh, the only thing I see so far is the Ragu … that will make Sonny Boy so very happy as he’s tired of eating the homemade stuff that I make & freeze :) Thanks Michelle!

  14. Christina says:

Does anyone know about the Mott’s Meledy juice??? The ad she posted says it it for 64oz bottles and aren’t the Mott’s Meledy smaller than that? I just want to know before I order coupons off of Ebay.

  15. Kati says:

The $1 off Q on Scrubbing Bubbles says toilet cleaning gel, can anyone help me find the $1 off any?!

  16. Christy says:

    -$1.50/2 General Mills Cereal
Tells me no prints avail this campaign…anyone have better luck?

    • xysea says:

There’s a new $0.75/1 Multigrain Cheerios printable on Coupons.com – if you like that kind, then you would just use 2 to get the $1.50/2 if you can’t print the other.

  17. xysea says:

I have 2 -$1/1 Fresh Express artisanal salad coupons that exp 12/31/10 (if included) – FYI

  18. Melissa says:

There is a Publix tearpad q for Free Nabisco Wheat Thins (up to $3.59) when you buy 2 Crystal Light Pure Fitness drink mixes

    Expires 9/12/10

  19. xysea says:

I have a -$1/2 Target Q for Sharpie Accent highlighter multi-packs. Would make two packs $1.99 with the BOGO, or ~$.99 each pack.

  20. Meagan says:

I found a few tearpads last week at Winn Dixie that will go with this ad.
Free Gatorade (32 oz) when you buy 2 Lay’s Potato Chips.

Free Kraft Mac and Cheese Dinner Cup or Velveeta Shells and Cheese Cup when you buy 1 Nabisco 12 pack.

    • megan says:

both of the publix stores near me (pinellas county, FL) had the Free MacnCheese/Velveeta Sheels and Cheese WYB 1 Navisco 12 pack.

  21. susan says:

I am totally out of pasta sauce! Yay for cheap ragu!

  22. Toni says:

Target has a target coupon for $1/1 juicy juice…match that with $1/2 in red plum makes for a great deal!
Also, I have a question. If you have the Nabisco FB coupon from today(free cookies wyb milk and cookies)does that make both free on a true bogo for the Nabisco variety packs that are bogo? Thanks for your help.

  23. Marie says:

There is a .60 of one Peter Pan in 08-01 SS (Orlando Sentinel area)

  24. April says:

We have a .60 off one Peter Pan in 8-1-10 SS (Nashville, TN area)

  25. Le Anne says:

I couldn’t find the coupon under the Sister Schubert rolls link. Does anyone know where it is? Thanks!

  26. Shanna says:

    I think there’s a $1/2 Publix q in the new Family Style.

  27. Lisa says:

I’m having issues printing a lot of these bricks coupons…they keep pulling up “offer expired”-type errors. Anyone else having this problem? Specifically the Bertolli, Perdue, Healthy Choice, and Ziploc so far.

  28. Beverly says:

There is a Rite Aid video value coupon for the 12 pk can Cokes. I used them last week to score $1 each pack! Now, you’ll have to set up three different video value accounts but it makes for cheap can Coke if your Publix accepts as a competitor!

  29. Sherri says:

Coupons.com literally just this minute reset the Taco Bell coupons, the Kraft snack coupons and a host of others! Just in time for BOGO on the Kraft snacks multipacks.

  30. Tina says:

Please, can someone tell me what is this ‘Pool Party rebate’ all about and where can I get a rebate form?

    Thanks

  31. Kelley says:

My Publix cashier would not take the Rite Aid $5 off coupon. I was polite and did not argue, she said they are not a competitor, but the Rite Aids are on every corner in town. Does anyone have any suggestions for trying to get them to take it? I am new at this, bu I have read so many others experiences where they have taken them. It would be sweeet if they would honor them. Thanks!

    • Shanna says:

Each store makes their own rules. Mine has a Walgreens and CVS literally across the street but don’t take them because they’re not grocery stores.

    • Lisa says:

I think it depends on the cashier more than the Publix. I used one last week with a cashier that knows me well and had no problem…a couple days later tried to use another with a different cashier and no luck. Maybe try again another day/time/cashier?

    • Heather says:

My store has a sign on their front window that says, “We gladly accept any grocery competitor coupons” so I figure they wouldn’t take a drugstore coupon. I haven’t tried but since they clearly state it on their window, I don’t even venture to use my CVS or Walgreens coupons there.

  32. Diane says:

I can’t get Nestle Toll House coupon to print..and Bertolli, healthy choice, and shout all say offer no longer available.

  33. Joelle says:

Has anyone tried the Mott’s Medleys juice? If so, please let me know how you liked it BEFORE I buy coupons! Thanks so very much!

    • Barbara says:

I have tried it before and it is really good! My daughter (who is almost two), loved it! I got the apple juice one, and it tastes just like regular apple juice with a slight hint of carrot juice.

    • Kristin says:

My picky boys liked both the grape and the apple. One liked grape better, one liked apple better (figures) but both were good.

      • Elizabeth says:

I got a TON of them last time when they were on BOGO. They are all good. My daughter likes all of them, even the tropical one. They don’t taste “weird” at all. They taste like regular juice.

    • Sarah says:

It is really good and you would never know there are vegetables in it.

    • megan says:

my kids & my hubby all liked both the grape and the apple. I tried a few sips of each, they were good — didn’t taste like veggies at all.

  34. ss says:

ziploc- i have only been couponing for the last 6 months and i love the checkmarks, but some things confuse me. why aren’t the ziploc a stock-up opportunity with the walgreens and the manu. coupon together? am i really going to find ziploc cheaper than that?

    • Jennifer says:

They were recently a MM with the $5 SC Johnson rebate that just ended.

    • Tara says:

I’ve been able to get them for about $.20 to $.40 per box. My Publix doubles so when they have been on sale at 2/$4 I have been able to pair with two $.40 off 1 Q (becomes $1.60) plus two $1 off 1 Target coupons. So, yes I think you can get them cheaper.

      • ss says:

thanks- my publix doesn’t double and I did the rebate last time. I have 4 kids and we go through boxes of ziploc bags by the week! i might have to stock-up because for me this is better price than not couponing! thx!!

  35. Laura says:

Did anyone print more of the $3/2 Bertolli frozen meals than they will need? I have all the other corresponding Q’s except the man q…email me at LauraM11663@aol.com if we can trade! :)

  36. Thanks for the preview.

I have my bids in on coupons on ebay already. :)

    Good looking week.

  37. Tallymomma says:

Can’t get coupons.com or Nestle to print.

  38. christy says:

On the campbells soups, there were ‘peelies’ on the soup cans a few weeks ago for 0.55/1 (excludes tomato, chicken noddle and cream of mushroom).. I have a ton of these.. so yeah time to stock – oh and before any of you start with the peel without buying stuff, yes I peeled a few, always do. but then I asked the store mgr and he gave a ton of them and told me to save them for this sale… It pays to get to know your store mgrs.. the more you buy the better tehy look with or without Q’s.. There is always “contests’ for them to see who can sell the most with cash prizes for them..

Also as a side note…. I have been told by str mgr.. that towards teh end of August they will be having the promotion on Kellogg’s cereal again – EVERYTHING kelloggs vereal will be 50% off.. he already gave me a few of the 0.70/1 box and will be handing more out to those that buy them..

  39. Penny says:

On the Ronzoni website, after registering it looks like it’s going to print the Q via bricks 7 then I get this error message:
Safari can’t open the page “http://bricks.coupons.com/enable.asp?o=58049&c=RZ&p=00bff56d-2d8b-40a6-8304-0c8a607ad55a&cpt=gajMlEKPZrKGNNGs3OpH3XxxQ3eS4Q1q2TzTxZGRV” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.

Does anyone else have this problem or know a work-around?

    • Katie says:

Yes been getting it all night:(

    • joy says:

Coupons.com also brick was down but it is back up now. I tried printing when it was down and wouldn’t print any coupons now that it’s back up I tried printing again and now it says I’ve already printed the allowed amount. So no Ronzoni or Philly cream cheese coupons for me. Very frustrating :(

  40. dorothy says:

Will the Betty Crocker fruit snacks be a better deal at Kroger at the end of the week? They will be 50% off and I think they’re regular price is a little less than Publix? What do you guys think?

    • Lisa says:

I’m wondering the same thing about GM cereals. 50% off at Kroger, BOGO at Publix. Any thoughts? I don’t shop Kroger often (because I heart Publix, obviously =)) so I don’t know their regular prices.

      • dorothy says:

I went and investigated this today since I had to take my uncle to kroger anyway for senior shopping day. For me, fruit snacks were cheaper at Kroger at 1.49 each. I also loaded an e-coupon for $.50 and had a $.50 off two paper coupon that was doubled at the register. If I had purchased that at Publix I would not have been able to use the e-coupon. Therefore, I saved more buying them at Kroger. However, I still LOVE Publix and do most of my family’s shopping there.

      • dorothy says:

I investigated this today and I got them cheaper at Kroger. I paid $1.49 per box but I had a 50 cents off two paper coupon and 2 50 cents off e-coupons (one cell fire and one shortcuts.com) so I got 4 boxes and paid less than I would have at Publix. However, I also went to Publix and stocked up on some of their great sales.

  41. Sally says:

    Bricks is working again! ;)

  42. sara says:

so no freebies this week it seems :(

  43. MichelleA says:

The Ronzoni Healthy Harvest for me is for 1.00/2… is there a .75/1 coupon or is this a mistake??

  44. Christy says:

There is a $1.50 GE light bulb coupon on the Target site. It is a Target coupon so if you have a MQ coupon could be a good deal. I did these last time they were a % off and got cheap light bulbs.

  45. Alicia says:

I just wanted to say thanks for your great posts every week. I am only about 2 months into couponing and I think I am starting to catch on to what is the best buy. The new check marks make it so simple. Thank you again for all your hard work.

  46. Rachel says:

The yellow Advantage flyer has a $2 on any Maybelline New York product to pair with that 40% off!

  47. Andersa says:

Where do you find the Walgreens IVC Coupons? I clicked on the link and it just took me to the Walgreens website. Help!

  48. MichelleA says:

    Hey Michelle!
Very unfortunately, the EAS Advantedge shakes are not a match with the “FREE up to 3.89″ coupon. The coupon is only for the EAS myoplex, and the 2/10.00 sale is only on the EAS AdvantEdge shakes. They are 2 different products! :( I’m sad cuz I drink one almost everyday!

  49. Heather says:

Pedigree coupons both say “there are no coupons available for this campaign”. Anyone else get this?

  50. Elizabeth says:

Is there a specific zip code to use for the Whiskas Cat Food on Redplum? I can’t seem to find it.

  51. Nikki says:

I don’t remember where I printed these q’s from but I have $.50/1 Pepperidge Farm Goldfish crackers- original, pretzel, parmesan, baby or pizza (ex-8/26). I did not see this q listed in your match up.

    • Lisa says:

I have those, too. The only reason I can think of why they are not here is that there are no prints available and she didn’t want to frustrate people! =) I will be using mine for REALLY cheap goldfish!

    • Shanna says:

I have the .75 off goldfish grahams!

  52. Kailin says:

Yesterday I found a $1/1 Publix Deli kids meal tearpad in the deli area–that would make them $2.99 this week!

  53. Margery says:

I found some $1/1 Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Wine Tags hanging on bottles of olive oil (Bertolli, I think….) at my Publix.

  54. Amanda says:

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew where to find the Mott’s Medley Foodlion coupon. I looked at the flips and didn’t see it there.

    • Carolann says:

I think it’s in a Food Lion Booklet called ‘Healthy Kids, Healthy Communities.’ You probably have to get it at Food Lion.

  55. Melanie says:

It is Dole salad blends not Fresh Express that are BOGO at least in my area (Orlando, FL) :(

    • Amos says:

It’s Dole here in Savannah, GA too. We did get the Lance crackers sale this time around though…last time it wasn’t offered in our stores.

  56. Diana says:

Not sure if anyone has posted this yet, but my Red Plum from 8/1 has a Target q for 50c off of a 4 oz. or larger Crest toothpaste. You could stack that with the mq from P&G 8/1. My paper is the Orlando Sentinel.

  57. susan says:

Dole Salads here in Orlando Area, too.

Also, the Pure Fitness 7ct of crystal light are included in BOGO and there is a tearpad for free wheat thins wyb 2 Crystal Light Pure Fitness.

  58. Donna says:

What is the zip code for the $2/1 Whiskas cat food?

    THANKS!

  59. Terren says:

The Philly Cream Cheese Coupon link is dead for both links :(

  60. al says:

There is a $2 coupon in the current Green flyer Exp 8/13 and a $1 MQ on RP. With the 40% off it made mascara $.89 at my store.

  61. Amanda says:

I am looking at the Kelloggs $5 Publix gift card rebate and I don’t see a limit per household. Does anyone know if there is a limit? Thanks.

  62. Anny says:

The Lance crackers, Shout and ConAgra coupons are no longer available. :-(
