Laurie over at Passionate Penny Pincher has her recipes ready for the week. You guys know my husband is a big casserole fan so I am going to definitely try out the Broccoli Chicken Divan. I have really struggled with lunches this week so I might try my hand at a modified version of the Corn Dog Muffins to pop in the freezer as I am in a bad rut (just so tired of sandwiches!!)
