“Snack”urday – Lemon Cream Cupcakes

Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts has a great little “Snack’urday for us today–Lemon Cream Cupcakes. 

I just had to pull her picture as they look so delicious!!  My husband is on a lemon kick and had me make him a lemon ice box pie this past week…so I may have to surprise him with these babies this weekend. I think I might just get the wife of the year award–tee hee
