I think Amanda must have read my mind this week when she came up with her weekly Meal Deal! This week she has a fabulous meal of Steak & Mushrooms, Lemon Butter Asparagus and Roasted Potatoes!!
My menu this week was a little on the pitiful side! I let my husband choose the menu, and while he chose meals that were simple to prepare…they are far from gourmet! I am craving some good food!!
