Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts has our weekly meal deal. This week she is offering a great summer meal that is budget friendly and will not keep you in the kitchen all night: BLT’s with Bacon Fried Potatoes & Carrot Salad.
I made BLT’s a few weeks ago and it looks like my tomato plant should have a couple of ripe tomatoes in a few days…so I think a BLT may just be in my future
