  1. samantha says:

Thanks! And no, the game is not still working for the Hunts products.

    • Sherri says:

It depends how many times you have already played the game and printed the coupon per character. Once you reach the limit for that character it won’t print anymore. Most of my limits seem to be two but the Orville ones reset for me! Yay!

  2. Terri says:

    Thanks!

  3. Jennifer Kelly says:

YEA!!! Finally peanut butter in on sale! YIPPEE!

  4. Kati says:

    Yes the game still works!

  5. Marla says:

    thank you!

  6. Erin says:

HOORAY!!! Publix read my mind! I needed the baby food to be on sale!!

However, I can’t get the peanut butter one on All You, can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

  9. Lana says:

There is a $1/2 Store coupon in the Yellow Adv Flyer for Orville Redenbacher’s popcorn.

    • Lana says:

Replying to myself-there is a $2/2 Orville Redenbachers 100 calorie smart pop coupon on savealot.com. It is a manufacturers coupon-on logo. Combine with the Yellow adv Q for free popcorn plus overage. Also if you found the tearpad coupon a few months ago for buy 2 Orville get a free 2L of soda you get 2 popcorns and soda for free plus overage.

  10. MelRae says:

Thanks! Well, I guess I gotta pay full price for Kraft Mayo somewhere. lol! I was hoping it would be bogo soon. I can’t wait another week!

  11. aneesha says:

There is a peelie for 2.00/2 scrubbing bubbles can. If its a match FREE plus MM using the 5.00/3 MIR. (overage if your store allows)

  12. aneesha says:

Oh and Thanks so much for the sneak peak!

  13. April says:

So thankful for a new ad! And yay for peanut butter being on sale!!!

  14. Sarah says:

Wow! 32 oz bottles of Powerade BOGO! Never seen that one. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive mycokereward q’s when you order them? Never redeemed any but this seems like a good time!

    • kristin says:

It takes about three weeks. I just got one in the mail.

      • Sarah says:

Thanks for the reply! Guess they won’t arrive in time for me. Can still make them almost free in FL by combining the B10G5 and the $1/3:

        30 Powerades $37.50
        - BOGO Sale $18.75
        - 2 B10G5 q’s $12.50
        - 6 $1/3 q’s $6.00

        Total .25 cents!!

  15. Amy says:

Yay for peanut butter and Gortons!

  16. Beth says:

The game is working for some products….but one thing you are missing is the Conagra Rediscover your balance booklet. The conagra booklet has coupons for products like Healthy choice, Peterpan and Hunts. They exp 5/30/10.

  17. Kim says:

I was hoping for FREE Snuggle! Thanks for the ad.

  18. StephanieP says:

Is $3.49 right for the Tombstone pizzas? My spreadsheet says that they were $5.79 the last time they were BOGO… if they are indeed that cheap I’ll be making some serious room in my freezer as I have plenty of tear pad Qs!

  19. MichelleA says:

Stephanie they are (and always have been as far as I know) $5.79… so it must be a typo. :-)
But still cheap!! :) I stocked up a couple weeks ago on the last tombstone bogo!

  20. Kristen says:

Thank you sooo much!I love Mondays now because of you and your amazing site! You make my hubby and myself love grocery shopping now! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!

  21. Kristen says:

Forgot to ask what you guys mean by spreadsheet. Is there a link where I can learn how to do that? I’d love to know when to expect something to be on sale or at least how much it was last time it was BOGO. Thank you!

    • Lana says:

Look at the top right side of the blog page to see the link.

    • StephanieP says:

I have a spreadsheet of my grocery shopping to keep me on budget and to track how many items vs. coupons I’m using so the register doesn’t beep. Michelle has a spreadsheet you can download and use in the Weekly Ads tab.

  22. Dopey says:

-$1.5/3 Hormel Chunk Meats 03-07-10 SS
must work on “Hormel Premium Breast Of Chicken” BOGO

  23. tramona says:

I need to look back through my April All You. I don’t recall having a coupon for Hunt’s in it. ?? They aren’t all different are they?

  24. Dopey says:

    There is
-$.75 Duncan Hines 100% Whole Grain Muffins Blinkie (x06-30-10)
(I must have picked up at my Publix, probably when I was lookinf for Betty Crocker peelie…)

  25. deedee says:

YAY!! A new ad!! Quite a few good things this week!

  26. Stephanie says:

There’s a $0.55/1 Scrubbing Bubbles product in the One Stop. One shop. booklet too! I found a $0.75/1 blinkie a while back for the Whole Grain muffins and the $1/1 was also in several issues of Food Network Magazine! Plus, there’s a $1/2 Hunt’s Ketchup and $1/2 Peter Pan Peanut Butter in the ConAgra Rediscover Family booklet that came for the rebate!

Looks like an AWESOME week so far! Thanks!!

  27. Emily says:

    Thanks for the sneak peek.

  28. Mike says:

Tombstone is definitely 5.79 here, I so wish I had your market! Amazing price AC.

    • Michelle says:

I am pretty sure they are more expensive here too so I am wondering if it was a misprint!! BUT–you know Publix they will honor the price if it is in the ad!!

  29. Sherri says:

Michelle, thanks for everything! I was so excited that today was Monday and was so hoping you would have the sneak peek that I have had your website open all day and just keep hitting refresh! I have it bad now!!! Love this site, thank you.

  30. Margaret says:

I have lots of blinkies for the muffins! Its stock up time. Thank you Michelle for posting the new ad, I was sooooooo ready for new ad and new bargins to hunt :-)

  31. Becky says:

I have peelies for 1.00/2 Quaker Instant Oatmeal.

  32. melissa says:

finally pasta is on sale and I will be out of town before the sale starts and after it ends… GO FIGURE!! LOL

  33. Sally says:

Cannot believe that I started my list and only see 4 items I am even interested in. Not a great week for me, but that is OK as I have a great stockpile to eat from!

  34. Kathy says:

Use the $2/2 Milk Bones store coupon (from one stop, one store booklet) with $2/2 Manufacturer’s coupon from 4/11 and the Free Milk Bone essentials plus wyb milk bones from 4/11 to get 3 boxes of milk bones for cheap!

  35. Stephanie says:

Hopefully the grilled fillets are included in the Gorton’s BOGO because here’s a $0.50/1 printable! http://www.gortons.com/coupons_promotions.htm

  36. Deborah Deborah Deborah says:

I checked my SS 3/7 and I don’t see a coupon for the Hebrew National franks. My husband loves these and I try and stock up when they have the B1G1 sale. Was this regional? Bummer. Does anyone know how I can get some coupons for them?
Thanks for all you do and the sneak peeks you put out. It makes it so easy for me.
    Deborah

    • Stephanie says:

You could put up a trade request on the trades page…I didn’t get any $1/1 but my newspapers had $0.75/1.

  37. Laura says:

Thank you! I was anxiously awaiting this ad!

  38. Angela says:

For the Keebler Cookies… In the Walgreens April Coupon Book they have $2 off w/ purchase of 2 Keebler Cookies or Crackers 11.5 to 16 oz. If the sizes match up, that’s a good competitor coupon to use!

  39. Michelle says:

Am I the only one who hates the ConAgra game! Cant wait till they put something new up.

    • Marla says:

      I’m with you!

    • Doc says:

Tired playing same games? Here is a tip.
After the introduction finish, instead of clicking “3 BRING THE PAYBACK”, go to the address bar, delete “select” at the end and type “coupons”.
You still have to wait the introduction, but at least you can skip the game this way. This way works for me with IE. I do not use FF, though I think it should work.

  40. natalie says:

My April “All You” doesn’t have the peanut butter coupon and I have a subscribtion. What a bummer!!! :(

  41. Sharelle says:

I have a $2/2 q for any 2 glade scented oil products. It came inside my scented oil candle refill box.

  42. sarah says:

Wondering if anyone knows when the next sales flier is viewable. Is it Wednesday or is there a way to see it sooner? I am doing meal planning and base my meal selection on the sales for meats and produce. Thanks.

  43. Melissa says:

Regarding the Tombstones—I was at Publix today so I checked the price. They are normally $5.79, but they have been on sale for the $3.49. I’ve noticed several items throughout the store that are on sale but aren’t published in the ad! So I think that this price might be right! I’m in GA by the way!

  44. kristina says:

isn’t there a 1.00 off jello in the yellow ad? or is it the wrong size?

  45. Angela says:

I have a question, if someone could please answer:
For this: Glad Kitchen Bags or Trash Bags, Selected Varieties, 25 to 80 ct pkg, $5.49
If i was to buy ONE (1) Glad Trash Bag, ONE (1) Clorox Clean Up, ONE (1) Clorox Wipes can i use both of these coupons? Or would i need to buy more glad trash bags? Thanks!
-$3 off Clorox Clean up wyb Glad Trash Bags Publix One Stop, One Store booklet
-$3 off Clorox Wipes wyb Glad Trash Bags Publix One Stop, One Store booklet

    • Sally says:

I believe that you would need to buy 2 boxes of bags in order to use both Q’s, but I could be wrong.

    • Emily says:

This is what I have been doing. I got this from bayshore guy on HCW
Here’s the scenario for you –

$1.99 One 35 ct Clorox Disinfecting Wipes (Adv Buy in my store)
$2.69 One Glad 30 ct Small Garbage bags
      ========================================
      $4.68 Subtotal + tax
      minus
$3.00 Man Q from Publix One Stop, One Store booklet
$.55/1 Man Q Glad trash peelie on boxes
      ===========================================
$1.13 Total OOP + tax for both

    • Beth says:

For one grouping, you can only use ONE store coupon and ONE manufacturer cpn…..So what Emily did was right.

  46. Wendy says:

I just found a Powerade tear pad near the register this weekend that was post-it type pull out…it is for 75 cents off 2!!!!!!!!!! Schucks…I only snagged 4!!! Oh well, at least i can get 8 cheap ones!

  47. shelly says:

there is a 2.00 Target coupon for the GE lightbulbs if your store accepts these, matching the 1.00 manufacturures coupon

  48. shelly says:

Good news I found a P&G future friendly coupon book in Tallahassee Publix this week, bad news all coupons expire 4/1710. All of the coupons are Publix own so can be matched with manufacturures, for this week there is a tide 1.00 coupon, pampers cruisers 1.00 coupon, pampers wipes 1.00 coupon, downey 1.00 coupon such a shame this only appeared last week.

    • Emily says:

just want to say Hi I am in tallahassee also :)

    • Teresa says:

Hi Shelly and Emily–I’m in Tallhassee too! Which Publix location did you find it at? I found the “There’s Value in Family” booklet at the Blair Stone Road publix last Thursday and lots of One Stop One Store booklets at the Vineyard Center publix on Sunday.

  49. Marla says:

There is a $1. coupon on Target.com for the Kashi entrees.

  50. Terri says:

I have some Publix coupons from a flyer-type mailer … it might be “Fresh Approach to Spring” from the looks of the back of some of the cpns….anyway…..there is a Publix cpn for Buy One Instant Quaker Oatmeal, get One Naked Juice Free. Exp 4/30/10, Publix coupon LU# 2267.

    • Lana says:

None of the stores in my area accept those coupons-it has been maybe a year or more since they stopped taking them.

  51. jeff says:

I Shop at the Publix in Decatur AL. and they said as of 05/01/2010 they will no loger take CVS, RiteAid, Walgreens, Kmart, Dollar General and Family Dollar Coupons. Is all Publix doing this or is it just this one.

    • FrugalFriend says:

The orange beach Publix said this too. So I called corporate and got in touch with the district manager. And he talked with that store. Next time I shopped there, they were taking all the competitor coupons again. I suggest you voice your concern with corporate. This was especially important for me because there wasn’t a grocery store near that Publix, only CVS and Rite Aid were across the street. If these are not your competitors then I don’t know what is.

      • Rachel says:

I too shop Decatur Al. and was told that they are getting a new district manager and he is the one that is doing this. Wonder if we said something if they would change it back?

        • jeff says:

Yes we need to call and get everybody else to call corporate office to

          • Melanie says:

They also said that they won’t be taking Target coupons anymore b/c the Target in Decatur isn’t a supercenter and if it doesn’t have a bakery and a pharmacy that they won’t honor them either!

          • Laurie says:

I work “at corporate”at a retail firm. While it is true that coupons are simply deducted from the revenue line of the P&L, that doesn’t mean corporate doesn’t know the revenues before coupon. I think, at least at my firm, if enough people from several different locations wrote and explained why these other locations are competitors (is within x miles/minutes and sells these same type of products) corporate would probably reconsider the policy, its not worth losing the ancillary purchases one usually makes in a store. There is, honestly, also the possibility corporate doesn’t know this is going on…

        • Linda says:

Only grocery stores are considered comp. This is a no brainer.
They should never took drug store coupons. I feel this is only driving up the cost. I am big on saving money too however I dont want them going back to no internet coupons.

    • colleen says:

I worked for Publix for 20 years. I was a Customer Service Manager for 15 of those years. Publix strives for outstanding Customer Service at all times.
Each store is responsible for there operations. Each week each store in Publix receives a Profit and Loss report. It is a priceless piece of information
for the stores. Each day there is an Office Staff associate who reconciles out cashiers drawers. Along with counting the money, checks etc. they also add
up the manufacture coupons and the “store coupons”. Publix considers competitor coupons as store coupons. At the end of the week the Manufacture coupons get sent out
in a bag marked with the date and the store number on it and the dollar amount of the “said contents”. The store coupons are thrown away b/c there is no place to
send these to receive credit. There are people who actually go thru each stores manufacture coupon bag and look at each coupon to see if it has the expiration date
on it and it is not expired. If it is, the store will be charged back that money and that is considered a loss for the store. Corporate deducts it from there profit
they made that week. The competitor coupons the stores DO NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THESE COUPONS. THE DOLLAR AMOUNT IS TAKEN FROM THERE PROFIT
THEY MADE FOR THAT WEEK. If a store sees that they are receiving an enormous amount of competitor coupons it will research and see if they are generating more customer
base from this and other factors. If not they need to make a decision because the store could be losing a lot of money from there profits. That is why some stores will stop accepting the coupons. That is why it is really important not to abuse coupon policies. Publix once it is all said and done makes 2 cents on every dollar it takes in. On average a store takes in about 1500.00 to 2000.00 a week on manufacture coupons and depending where the store is at location wise takes in from 200.00-5000.00 a week on store coupons.

      • Donna says:

Colleen, Your comments were very intersting and enlightening. Does the cashier have to make up the difference if she takes a wrong coupon or credits you with more money on a free item than she should have? This happened to me last week and is bothering the heck out of me, I didn’t realize it till I got home and went over my receipt. I have been back to the store twice but she hasn’t been there. Since I no longer have the coupon, I don’t know how to explain it to management and if they don’t know I don’t want her to get in trouble. But I don’t want her to have to pay for something we both should have noticed at the time. I had used alot of coupons that day and I always get nervous they will miss something – I have had them miss up to $10.50 in Qs. Some cashiers seem to get aggravated at so many but others love it. And this woman is one of the good ones.

      • Jill says:

Thank you for giving out info on Publix policy for coupon redemption. As a cashier it’s not we don’t want to redeem coupons, but some times people take advantage of coupons and it ends up putting the prices up for everyone.

  52. FrugalFriend says:

    I have a coupon question:

Is it okay for me to buy 4 Orv. popcorn and use a $1.50/4 and a $1/1?

Is it okay for me to use buy 6 yoplait yogurts and use a $0.4/6 and a $0.6/6?

  53. Dopey says:

-$1/1 Scotch-Brite Greener Clean products MQ in Greenwise Spring 2010
(Are there 1pcs package of Greener Clean?)

  54. Sally says:

FYI, the Advil $1 printable is for 40 ct or larger, so it won’t work with this $2.99 size. Darn!

  55. Ida says:

I was in my Publix in Lilburn, GA, yesterday and there were peelies on many Pepperidge Farm Cookies: Save $1 off milk when you buy any 1 Pepperidge Farm Cookies. I bought the cookies (and used a $1 coupon for them) and also got milk (and saved $1 with the peelie).

  56. clarissa says:

Food Network Magazine also has coupons for the Hillshire Farms lunch meat.

  57. Christie says:

I shop at the Decatur, AL store also and I have to agree that it is unfair they will not accept those stores as competitors when theyre right next door I think if everyone called corporate and started complaining maybe we could do something about it!!

    • jeff says:

Yes I just called the corporat office and coplained and they said they are going to look into it. So yes everybody who shops at the Publix in Decaur AL. please call the corporate office and complain.

    • Melanie says:

I called 800-242-1227 and reported this issue and they said they would contact that district manager directly and return my call with his answer. So everyone please call this number and do the same so he will know that we are unhappy!

  58. shelly says:

    hi Teresa,
As I have to drive from Perry with 2 little ones I usuallygo to either Park Ave by the mall which is where I found the coupon book or I got to the one on Mahan. I used to shop a lot in the store next to Lowes but they have gotten very picky on the coupons and I have no clue which coups they will day on a day to day basis it seems to change.

  59. Sean says:

There is also the Switch for Free rebate for Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil at http://www.landolakes.com/products/Switch-For-Free.pdf. If you buy Smart Balance Buttery Spread and submit you receipt and barcode, then you will be mailed a coupon for free Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil. With Smart Balance being BOGO, now would be a good time to use it.

  60. Gigi says:

I love this website. I wish I could find some of the booklets that others find!

  61. Mary O'Connor says:

I have an All You April 23, 2010 and it doesn’t have the peanut butter coupon, which date did?

    • Jen says:

It is in my April magazine, but I bought it at Wal-mart. I don’t get a subscription in the mail. There seems to be more coupons in the store edition than in the mailed edition.

  62. Lauren says:

There’s also a new $2 OFF manufacturer coupon for the GE lightbulbs here:

I have a question about qualifying for the $25 coupon booklet from ConAgra with purchase of $10 ConAgra products. Does it have to be $10 after coupons? Or do they base the $10 on the ring-up price?

    • Heather says:

They base the $10 on the ring up price just cirlce it on your reciept. I got my coupon booklet and there is a ton of great coupons in it. I actually paid $1.64 for my $10.

We don’t have a Rite Aid here in FL by us, so I was wondering if Publix would take the Keebler coupon since it is a manfacturer’s coupon. It does have the Rite Aid logo on it, but does not say use only at Rite Aid. Does anyone know if it is usable? Thanks

  70. Gina says:

All you magazine really rocks! Cheap Peanut butter and Ketchup just in time!

Hidden deal on the buy a box of cheerios get a box of granola bars free!!! This is what I did….

Bought 1 box of cheerios (assorted varieties, choc. banana nut, etc.) used coupons I found for the cheerios. Here’s the good part… I went to coupons.com and printed the .40/1 box of granola bars. My store doubles coupons so it was worth .80cents. Even though I was getting them free I thought I would try and hand them to the cashier and just see if the register would take it and it did!!! So I got .80 in FREE money to go towards my grocery purchase. I bought 3 boxes of cereal (used cereal coupons) got 3 boxes of granola bars free plus $2.40 FREE towards my other items!

  81. Megan says:

At my Publix store (Hampton Cove, AL) there was a sign posted at the register that stated…Effective May 1, 2010 they will only be accepting competitor coupons from supermarkets like, Target, Wal-Mart, etc. They will no longer be taking Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid, etc. store coupons. Only the major supermarkets that are in our surrounding (competitive) area. :(

  82. Mary O'Connor says:

Right @ Home has Q for 1.50/2 glade candles. Lets you print more than once and also counts toward the SC Johnson MIR. Can claim up to 3 MIR’s per household. Add the publix Q’s and you have a moneymaker. I’m new to all of this so I hope I’m getting this all right. Thanks-

  88. MichelleS says:

Don’t know if any one else mentioned it, but there was also $1/1 glade Plugins in the One Stop One Store!!

  89. Alycia E says:

I don’t know if this has ever happened to anyone. I was at publix today and I was checking out when the cashier got to my last coupon she said the computer would not allow her to take it because I had more coupons then I had products. I just took the coupon up to customer service and did it but I thought this was so strange. I think I did the best Ive ever done today. I saved 79 dollars and spent 13.82. The cashier also made a comment that,”I sure know how to get things for free don’t I.” I just simply stated that I loved saving money and its a passion for me. Also there’s nothing illegal about it.

  90. Jody says:

This happens all the time .. At my publix, they just get the manager to override it.. It’s never an issue. For the most part, they love how I save and wish I would teach them. :D

  91. newbie34 says:

I have a plan that might work…what do you guys think.
Publix has Scrubbing Bubbles on sale this week bogo w/ a $2/2 peelie.
SC Johnson is offering a $5 rebate when you purchase 3 of their products (including Scrubbing Bubbles)
The rebate is limited to three per household
If you get 10 of these at $3.49/2 bogo with the peelies your purchase price would be $7.45.
After the 3 rebates (totaling $15) you would end up with 10 free Scrubbing Bubbles and about $7 profit.
Now, SC Johnson is asking for the original receipts with the purchase prices of the products circled.

After using peelies and bogo do you think they would honor these rebates?

    • Carmen says:

      newbie34,
just so you know, you have to send in 3 separate forms with 3 separate receipts. SC johnson will honor the rebate with the bogo price, but i’d go ahead and have a few other items on your purchases just to be safe! I sent in bogo scrubbing bubbles last time they were on sale for the rebate and it was fine…got my rebate!

If there is a $2.00 off coupon stuck to the product that says instant, can you also use another $1.00 off manufator coupon on top on it? I was told you couldn’t, but i always thought if it was stuck to the actually product at the store that is was like an addition savings? Let me what you think?

  98. Stephanie G. says:
