Just got back from Publix. The manager refused to accept the Winn-Dixie coupon $10off of $50 purchase with your reward card. The manager said since they do not have reward cards, they are not accepting these coupons. It was hard to get over $50 tonight and I was so bummed!! :( I am so disappointed.
