Giveaway For My Atlanta Folks – McDonald’s McCafé Frappés

I am very excited about the giveaway I have for you guys this week!
McDonald’s is a big hit in this house…I think my boys would go there everyday if given their choice! Often, deals I post are done as I sit in a McDonald’s booth while my kids are playing in the play area! I love the fact that I can grab my boys some Apple Dippers and milk as an afternoon snack!! They can snack and play with friends while I sit, sip a beverage AND work on the sites thanks to the FREE Wi-Fi at McDonald’s!! Well – I am not always behind the computer…at least once per month my friends and I schedule a playgroup so the kids can play!! Our moms’ coffee break/kids’ playgroup is a great excuse for us all to get together and often the only way we get a chance to socialize since the kids are happily entertained in the play area!
We always choose McDonald’s as the menu has something to suit everyone!! Our coffee breaks are soon to get a lot better as McDonald’s just introduced a new treat called the McCafé Frappé! I think this menu addition is WONDERFUL!! I tried one this weekend and it was delicious!! I made my husband stop by the drive through while we were out running errands and even suggested he try one. He chose not to get one and ….what happens next–he drinks half of mine!! Seriously how can you go wrong with mocha, coffee, whipped cream and chocolate!! I think this is a drink that will be a hit at my next moms’ coffee break!!

McDonald’s adds an indulgent new treat to its menu, allowing customers in the Greater Atlanta area to be among the first in the country to taste the new McCafé Frappé blended-ice beverages. The addition of McCafé Frappés to the menu reinforces McDonald’s as a one-stop destination for a variety of great tasting quality beverages at a convenience and value that only McDonald’s can offer.
McCafé Frappés are thick and creamy, blended-ice drinks available in either mocha or caramel, with a hint of coffee, and served with whipped cream and either chocolate or caramel drizzle, giving customers an any-time-of-day blended treat on the McCafé menu.
McCafé Frappés are available at participating McDonald’s with additional locations offering the new beverages in the coming months. Prices for Frappés vary by restaurant and region and the beverages can be purchased in restaurant or at the drive-thru.
McCafé Frappés are available in small (12 ounces), medium (16 ounces), and large (22 ounces). McCafé hot beverages, including Lattes, Cappuccinos and Mochas are available in small (12 ounces), medium (16 ounces) and large (20 ounces). Iced lattes and mochas are available in medium (16 ounces). All iced coffees are available in medium (22 ounces) and large (32 ounces). McCafé beverages are available to enjoy throughout the day at convenient, participating locations with more McDonald’s restaurants to be added throughout 2010. Prices for McCafé beverages will vary by restaurant and region and can be paid for with cash, McDonald’s Arch Cards or other forms of cashless payment options at the drive-thru or in restaurant
I am already trying to plan my next outing as I have been craving a McCafé Frappé since I wasn’t able to have an entire one to myself
