I used to work for Time and you should at least be able to switch your subscription to another one of their magazines. I don’t know how the offer through Southern Living (also a Time mag) at Home works but if they won’t refund the money, then you should ask to switch to something else. They pride themselves on their CS so escalate it to a supervisor then a mgr. if you don’t get the results you want.

I tried to cancel my subscription for that reason. I couldn’t because I bought it through Southern Living at Home and it is nonrefundable. I will not renew this as I am really not happy about this unfair policy. Unfortunately I have a 2 year subscription.
