I got an amazing deal on Maybelline mascara, my favorite, the Colossal lash is 5.69, all Maybelline is 1.50 off and there is a great 1.00 of coupon from the 2/7 RP (I think), making the macsacra 3.19, the coupon works on the regular great lash too and at my store it was like 4.69 so you’d get it for 2.19. Just saw the Colossal Lash at CVS for $7.00 so this is a good deal!

Julie, The way I would use that Q is to “buy” 4. Publix gives you 2 free and the Q gives you 1 free. So you’d pay $5.49 for 4 bags. I’m in Florida where we have true BOGO. If you’re elsewhere, I guess you could only “buy” 3 bags, Publix gives you 1 free and the Q takes $3.98 off? Maybe? Anyone else?
JULIE, my thinking would be… Publix will actually charge you 50% on BOGO items. So instead of $5.49, 2 Banquet chicken items will show up as $2.75 and $2.74. A 3rd Banquet item will show up as $2.75. This 3rd item will be the one you get free. Your coupon will not be worth the max. value ($3.98), it will be worth $2.75. You should get 3 Banquet chicken items for $5.49.
Am I missing something? I cannot find the Banquet Q or the Marie Callendars in my All You magazines. They aren’t listed in the coupon index in the front and I even have a subscriber copy and a newsstanad copy from January? Are these regional?
Edit: It looks like the Marie Callendars is in the newsstand copy of January’s issue, but not the subscribers. Probably the same for the other months. I just happened to have both copies from January. Is this the norm? If so I’m cancelling my subscriptions.
Tonya, yes, this is the norm, and many of us are heated about it. Doesn’t seem right that we are loyal subscribers and get the raw end when it comes to coupons, does it? I’ve seen a lot of people cancelling b/c of this issue.
I tried to cancel my subscription for that reason. I couldn’t because I bought it through Southern Living at Home and it is nonrefundable. I will not renew this as I am really not happy about this unfair policy. Unfortunately I have a 2 year subscription.
I used to work for Time and you should at least be able to switch your subscription to another one of their magazines. I don’t know how the offer through Southern Living (also a Time mag) at Home works but if they won’t refund the money, then you should ask to switch to something else. They pride themselves on their CS so escalate it to a supervisor then a mgr. if you don’t get the results you want.
The 3 cereals on the $2/1 post coupon were not BOGO, but were specially priced at $2.50, so if you reasonably have two of that Q plus a $1/2, then you would get 4 cereals plus a gallon of milk for $5. ALSO, if you still have your Great Gallon Give coupon for it, you can add on a half gallon of chocolate milk, too!

Just wanted to let you all know, that when you purchase the American Express card there is a $4.95 service fee to initiate the card. Publix give you a $10 gift certificate, but in reality you are only gaining $5.05 not the $10 they lead you to believe. We still make 5% on our money though.
