We just stopped by Albertson’s to pick up the ad. Then on to Publix to use it… They do not stock St Louis style ribs. They also do not carry seasoned chicken breast. The only one to use this week is the London Broil.

DeeDee, If you as the Publix meat department they will cut St. Louis Style ribs special for you. They are always happy to do it for me. They will also honor the seasoned chicken breast coupon. Publix is the best!!

Be careful, Publix honors competitor coupons on items they carry. Albertson’s meats aren’t as good of quality as publix’s, that is why Albertson’s raises their prices and then give it away. I know from experience. Just double check what you are actually getting to what is on the Albertson’s coupon.

I concur. You can only use those coupons when the meats are comparable – like their pork tenderloins are always Hormel, therefore, you can use those at Publix. But most often, the meat coupons from Albertsons aren’t usable at Publix.

Your mileage will definitely vary. Some stores carry the St. Louis style ribs (more so in the summer). Pork tenderloin and London broil coupons have always worked for me. I haven’t tried using the plain chicken breast, tilapia, or shrimp ring coupons when they’re out, but I’ve heard of people using them without any issues. It just depends on what your store has at that time.
I agree that Albertson’s meat is scrap so it’s much better to see if you can get the same cut at Publix!

Is it possible to place my name on Albertson’s coupons mailing list? My Publix honors Albertson’s coupons and I cannot find any online to printer.

I’m in Orlando and I get mine in the Wednesday newspaper with the rest of the grocery ads. You can try calling their corporate office (number would be on their website) to see if you can get it delivered to you.

I’m in Orlando also but they haven’t been in my Wednesday paper the last two weeks. The Albertson’s in my area is going out of bussiness so I think maybe that’s why I’m not getting them anymore. I miss their coupons though, they were always great deals!
