Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts has your Meal Deal this week and it is right up my alley–quick and delicious!  This week she hasOne Skillet Creamy Chops and Rice on the menu.  My little Jeb is a rice guy…he is only 2 but when I serve rice he eats a portion that a teenager would eat!! Oh I am so glad I am a couponer as I know that when my boys are teenagers it will be impossible to keep my fridge full
