I currently use a 1″ 3 ring binder with pocket pages for the weekly coupons and photo pages for peelies, blinkies, or any other cut out coupon. I am relatively new to all of thisand organization hasn’t been my best asset to date, but I am working on it!!

Well, I have a 4 part system. A small accordian file that is bursting at the seams, a pile of coupon inserts that travel from my house to my car, a pile of clipped coupons just laying around, and another envelop I always forget about of coupons I haven’t organized yet. So really there isn’t much organization going on. I might have to get one of these!
Oh, I love this prize. I use a tiny little “index card divider” I have outgrown it so I have a pile of files in my bedroom, my newborn took over my office and a good portion of my budget. Thanks for all of the work you do to help me save money!

Wow! I have never seen such. My method is Ok for now. Keep insert intact in a accordian type plastic file (current for 3 months), small accordian coupon file system for the purse with the current week’s coupons clipped.

lmao, im not as unorganized as a giant pile on my desk, but over 20 envelopes aint cuttin’ it. and since theyre like little thank-you note sized ones, they tend to fall out in-store and scatter EVERYWHERE. this would DEFINITELY help. PLUS ITS SUPER-CUTE!!! i love the style and if thats the one itd be, pink and brown is one of my favorite color-combos! [my babys room is gonna be pink and brown.]

I have a Zrinder two sided zipped binder on strap. one side is for groceries and the other side household. I have the coupons in baseball card holders. I have them divided with sections. Then as I am going through the sites for the stores I pull the coupons and put them in ziplock so that I can just take that in the store and just unzip my binder if I find unadvertised deals

My sad little coupon holder is a plastic one from Big Lots. It’s rather hard to dig through the coupons in Publix with this. This giveaway would keep me so much more organized and not as likely to forget coupons every now and again.

Currently use an accordion coupon organizer. Have tried many other methods and this most recent has been the most successful! And of course I use your site!

Thanks for the chance, I really need a new coupon bag. My sis gave me the perfect sized tote bag. I would put in a rubbermaid/sterilite type shoe box with envelopes for each catergory of coupons. It even had a nice pocket to hold scissors, pens, ect. It tore and I haven’t been able to find a good one to replace it. Now I’m using a dingy Rite Aid reusable bag.
Wow, I love that it’s pretty and a little more discreet. I currently use a 3 ring binder with photo card inserts to organize what I actually carry into the store. I also put my Qs from blinkies, tear-pads etc. in there.

Love your site! I currently use a file box for all of the weekly ads and then have a huge coupon caddy I carry with me in a big purse in the store. I clip coupons I am using to a small clipboard with my lists on it.

When I first started, I used to clip every coupon and put them in envelopes that stayed in my purse so I could have them handy if I saw a good sale. After I built up a good supply of inserts I stopped clipping them and saved them whole in a canvas tote bag, which is where they are now. I desperately need a portable organizer because I’m starting to miss out on stuff now that I don’t have my coupons with me at all times!

I use a low-tech approach… I just save my clipped coupons in a zip-loc bag.

I think this binder system would actually help me SAVE MORE money because I could have more coupons handy. As it is I’m finding unadvertised sales in some stores that I have coupons for —-AT HOME! I have a small check sorting type of holder that I use and can’t really fit a lot of coupons in it. WOW! I’d love to be able to carry ALL my coupons!!

I am just getting started with couponing. I am still trying to figure out how to get organized. I have started with envelopes for the items that I know I want to look for and then I use an index card file box for the other coupons. My file box is already overflowing after only a few weeks of couponing. I needed a new system. This binder looks awesome!
I am kind of new to couponing and I am still trying to figure out the best way to organize. I tried not clipping, but I find that my coupons vary too much and I get frustrated that I miss things. I typically use little ziplock baggies to take to the store instead of traditional envelopes – I use one for grocery, one for medicine/personal and one for frozen/cold, as that is the path I take when shopping and by sorting them into smaller categories, I have less coupons to look through. When I put an item in the buggy, I put the coupon in a seperate “TO USE THIS TRIP” baggie so when I go to check out I dont have to do any hunting.

Wow – this looks AWESOME! Right now my system involves piling the coupon pamphlets on my dining room system and, by the time I get around to actually organizing, most are expired…pitiful! I used to be soooooo good @ couponing, but with two small kids and another on the way, any extra help with organizing in a way that is easier than what I’ve tried in the past would be GREAT!!

I just use a folder, because the website I use to match coupons puts them in by date i.e. RP 11/3/9 so I go to that day and pull RP and find my coupon.

Currently, I use an expandable folder, the plastic type to house my coupons. I am a clipper first since it saves time when I am planning, plus for me it takes less space. This coupon clutch is pretty cute though and stylish. If I don’t win, I may have to look into treating myself to one of these!

I really NEED something like this – all my coupons are in hanging file folders shoved in a publix shopping bag at home! currently I have a very raggedy clear folder (it was FREE from CVS but its falling apart) that I carry in with me when I shop, its kind of embarrassing because people see it (I once left it at Walgreens and they held it for me when I came back looking they said they knew it was mine) its hideous! pick me!

I used to organize my coupons by type (dairy, snacks, etc.) I ended up shoving all of grocery coupons in one envelope, my toiletry coupons in another, and my baby coupons in the last. It’s a mess. I could desperately use something like this to get organized. I have a new baby and I am learning organization is key!

I file my coupons inserts by month w/o cutting them out – until I look at the match-ups. I do keep some q – particularly high value ones, in a small coupon binder which are filed by category: (e.g. meat, frozen, snacks). I am still having trouble with a few strays. The binder and the clear sheets looks like it might help!

I use a little photo album with the rows of my grocery store printed and labeled on each page. It works ok, but the book keeps closing on me in the store, it is small, and just not the most perfect organizational tool, but it is the best I have at the present time…I would LOVE to win this binder…it is beautiful and looks like it would work much better for me! I use a plastic filling tote and organize my coupon by dates, just switched to this method as I was doing the whole basball card notebook. The new method is much easier except when you want to find a coupon that’s not on sale, you have to look through all the adds…. But I would love to win this!!!

I use the itso brand shallow trays from Target. They come in all colors. They are the perfect width for my widest coupon and not so tall that they get buried in the tray. I used 4×6 index cards to make category dividers. Three trays accomodate all my categories at any given time. When it gets full, I know it’s time to weed out the expired Q’s. Preparing my deals takes no time at all because the categories are alphabetized and the trays just sit out on my desk all the time. If I want to, I can stack them on top of each other and throw them in a Publix re-usable shopping bag and take them with me. Although I like my sister, I would love to win the Coupon Clutch and go shopping in style!

Good morning! I have just recently discovered your site and I love it! Thank you for all your hard work and time. I am new to the coupon thing. I had give my oldest daughter this according file folder a few months ago and as I was trying to figure out how to organize my coupons I remembered giving her that, so I asked if I could have it back until I was able to get something different for the coupons. She was fine with that, such a wonderful child! Then I took envelopes to separate them into the different categories within the file folder. I’ve not been to the store yet with this system (plus my 2yr old) so I’m not sure how well it will work for me. LOL However, it will work until I can get something else, and it would be a wonderful blessing to have one of these GREAT organizers.

Super giveaway!! Love this! I currently use a mixture of systems. I use a binder for my loose coupons, but I have stopped clipping every coupon in the inserts. I write the date on the insert and file them in the binder so they are easy to get to.

I use a triple system- binder for clipped and printed q’s, a file tote for filing whole inserts, and a small coupon organizer that I keep in my purse that I do all my shopping with. This tote would be fabulous and maybe help me cut out some of my organizers.

My dental assistant turned me on to your website. It has so much great info and the coupon organizer would really “up my game”. Currently, I just use a letter sized organizer with tabs. I forgot what coupons I have and many times my coupons go out of date before I use them. I already have a pink & chocolate wallet on a string so this system would be perfect!!

I was using a coupon thingy that fit into my purse, but I always forgot coupons and had the organization system of files uncut at home…so I just started cutting all the coupons and putting them into the binder system…now I just need to bring it into stores w/me! What a great giveaway! I have a small accordion file that I keep in my purse for coupons that I know I will want at some point, organized alphabetically and by expiration date. I also have a large accordion file for saving the rest of my coupon inserts and coupon booklets found at various stores.

Right now I use a number of shallow plastic bins with dividers in them to organize my coupons – which means I have to plan my shopping trip very carefully and that I don’t have the option of pulling a coupon for an unadvertised sale. These look great!

I Heart Publix ROCKS! I would love one of these nice binders to keep me in line. Currently, I use clear plastic pencil cases that fit in a 3 ring binder (one for each store). I also use the accordion file for stashing at home.

I’m not good at the organizing part so this is great!! I have previously differnt ways (including the sandwich bags & envelopes). I’m currently changing it up and saving my inserts and cutting them when needed. I think this will help me to find the coupons easier. Right now my coupons are just a huge mess! I used to clip them all & sort them into envelopes marked with a category. Lately I haven’t had time to clip & sort them so I just have inserts on the floor by our bed that I have to search like a mad woman for each coupon that I know is there, but can’t find. It a mess LOL!

I currently have 2 systems in place. First is my good old fashion milk crate. I separate the weekly inserts in hanging folders in date order. When I have time I clip them and transfer those coupons to my binder which have the clear baseball card plastic to store them in. I would LLLLOOOVVVEE to win this one. My coupon organization is pitiful. I just throw them into an envelope and the last time I was in the grocery store about 4 of my coupons fell out and some man was nice enough to bring them over to me. I had no idea I had lost them. I would’ve been very disappointed at checkout.

I am using an index file with index card dividers. It is working okay, but I don’t take it with me anywhere. I get my lists ready before I go and if I miss something or there is something on sale I don’t have my coupon for, I go back to the store another time. I have dumped it over too many times to risk taking it with me and I know I am missing out on good deals. This is the neatest organizer I have seen

I run a coupon club at my school to help us all save money during these furloughs!
I would LOVE a better system to organize my coupons.
I keep all my coupons in a binder and carry the whole thing around, so that way I never miss a deal. When I go on a shopping trip, I clip the ones I need and put them in labeled envelopes (Publix, Kroger, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Target) and it makes easy for me and less hassle for the cashier. Love your blog!

I use a Five Star zippered binder with 4×6 photo holders. Not very discrete.
I currently use a 3 ring binder. This would be much more stylish.
Ooooh! Enter me! This is fabulous! My current organization method STINKS ROFL. we’re currently just filling our coupons in the filing cabinet by insert date, instead of clipping. While this is convenient, it fills up my filing cabinet too quickly!

I love your website and check it often for money saving ideas. I would love to win this beautiful storage case. Right now I have my coupons in a gallon plastic bag that goes to the grocery with me every week. I currently use a small organizer called The Couponizer. It has worked until now as I have really gotten more serious about couponing. Tonight was a disaster. I was trying to hold my list, my couponizer, and keep my kids from dropping blinkies all over the store! I need that binder:)

Hello, I still consider myself fairly new to ‘serious’ couponing. (Less than a year). I had a regular 1″ binder and photo pages, now I have a 3 inch baseball card binder using those same pages plus 4count per page baseball card pages. I still need more pages! I don’t have nearly the organization I long to achieve, but it is MUCH better than my initial 1″ book! Thanks for the help you provide to everyone!
Hi! I am still trying to find the right system for me. Currently I have a inserts filed by date (I go to the recycling center and get extra inserts), then I have 2 small organizers I take with me to the store.
My only New Year’s resolution is to organize my house. The coupon binder would achieve organization for my coupons. I enjoy reading I heart publix, I heart saving money and Kerry’s totally target too!
I moved from Malaysia to Tampa, FL a few years ago. I remember my first trip to Wal-Mart, I was like a child in Disneyland. I could believe my eyes when I saw a bacon hanger! Never in a million years that I would think those things existed.. And now a coupon clutch binder! That is why I love America, where ideas come alive!
I am not sure what I am doing yet. I have nothing organized right now. I had my introduction today. I am normally a very organized person, so I have to come up with something that works. This looks like it could be it. Thanks. @iheartpublix

I love reading your posts! They are helpful since I’ve started couponing in only the past few months. So far, my method of organization has not been helpful at all!
