Tearpads are hit or miss and can be elusive little boogers! I wish I could tell you specifically where to find them but they are random! Sometimes I will find a couple per week and other times I may not see any for weeks at a time! Look on the cardboad displays around the stores or promo stands–that is where I find the majority!
