creative comfort foods 299x300 Creative Comfort Food BookletI am re-posting this as I forgot to add it to the Booklets page and Shelby and Crystal both emailed me that they found the booklet in their store this weekend.  I will let you know that you might not be able to find this one as the manager at my store said they were instructed to get rid of them as there is a misprint in one of the pasta recipes where an ingredient listed is popcorn–:-) oops!!

Thanks Shelby and Crystal for the reminder!

I found it on one of the ledges near the Apron cooking station in Smyrna, Ga. this weekend. I took one and there were still quite a few on the stack.
Gotta have that Reddi-whip on my pumpkin pie!

I would love to have those Marie Calender’s potpie coupons. My publix in Lake City Fl has practictly stopped putting out their coupon booklets. Last week my mother asked about a older booklet and the girl went to check. Came out of the office with stacks of expired booklets still wrapped in plastic. They are becoming increasingly more bitter about coupon usage. I don’t understand why!

I’m finding the same thing at our Publix stores in Sarasota, FL. There is very little in the coupon racks aside from the Advantage Buy fliers and the weekly ad. I don’t get any attitude from the Publix check-out people or even the management — in fact, they’re very kind and patient when I hand them my ream of coupons. And why would Publix even print the booklets if the stores aren’t putting them out for people to use? Wonder if it would help if we all contacted the corporate headquarters.

I’ve been to four Publix store in the past two days, and not one had ANY Publix booklets. Odd, huh?
