Tide You Over Tuesday: Playdough

Amanda has a wonderful idea for her Tide You Over Tuesday recipe…Homemade Playdough! 

Now, this is not an edible recipe–but it is a one that will give your kids hours of enjoyment (and maybe give you a few minutes of peace and quiet)!  This is also a great one to get your kids in the kitchen with you.  I admit that my boys are often an unwelcome addition in the kitchen as I am usually trying to get everything done so I can get out of the kitchen as quickly as possible.  My 3 year old is big into helping me right now so I am trying to include him as much as my patience will allow   I think this would be a fantastic opportunity for him to have fun cooking and he will be tickled that he gets to play with it once it is completed–I guarantee it will put a smile on his face!
