lol- “excludes single cup sizes”. They got smart!!
I went to Target today and thought they might accept the $1.50 coupon for the bulk cheese on one of their 8 oz block cheese, and they said “no”, that I could travel to McDonough, GA (only about 1 hour away) to use that coupon. Never hurts to ask
