Liz,my store is getting kinda "snotty" about me using Q's & I don't use that many!!There's a few cashiers I avoid when I can because they act like the money I'm saving is coming out of their pockets!!But,I do print as many multiples as possible, but NEVER am able to print more than about 4 & I do buy multiple papers, but not 20 or 30!!So,I'm just wondering how people get there hands on 20 & 30 Q's for 1 item!!I've even got my friends & neighbors sending me the Q's they don't use!!My store(Dallas,GA)has gotten REALLY strict about their Q booklets!!They keep them behind the desk & when I asked for some today, she said I could only have 2,that was the MAX per customer!!So,if I have to drive all over town to collect my booklets then it defeats the purpose of saving money!!!So,I'm just trying to figure out how people do it!! Thanks

Georgia,

Don't be worried about using the coupons. With the way the economy is, the stores normally understand. Also, you can get multiple Q's by printing additional coupons or buying additional newspapers.

I just got back from Publix this morning and this is what I got for $12.96! I have been unable to get there until now as I have been sick with the kiddos and I currently have my youngest in the hospital so I have been sqeezing a million hours of things into a 24 hour day!!! I am home for a little while for a shower and I thought I'd take a moment to check out any new deals from Michelle while I have a cup of java to keep me going!
I got:
 14- TGI Quesadillas (raincheck & 14 1/1 coups & 7 Publix coups)
 20-Pillsbury Grands biscuits (20 1/1 IP's)
 10-Keebler cookies-fudge stix & double stuff elves (5 $2/2 peelies)
 32-Bags Hershey kisses-mixed flavs & halloween (32 $1/1 coups)
 16-Bags Hershey minis & Reeses cups-halloween (16 B2G1 coups)
 81-Snapple juices & teas (61 $1/1 and 20 b3g1 coups)
1-Publix brand sliced swiss cheese (no coup)-No time for standing in deli line today!!!

I also used a $5.00 off $50.00 purchase competetor coup from Doris Italian Market. (Special Delivery Sun-Sentinel Friday Home mailer)
My total OOP for $448.85 worth of items was $12.96!
I actually have more shopping to do but I did not have the time!
I would also like to take a very quick moment to thank Michelle again for all her wonderful work! THANKS MICHELLE!

Rosemary wrote:PLEASE HELP: I am thinking of buying the El Monterey Tornados and I was wondering if any of you fabulous ladies/gents have tried them. Are they any good or would my money be better spent on something else? They are only $1.00 after coupon BUT if they are not any good I don’t want to be wasteful.

I have tried them. Personally, I don't like them. My boyfriend LOVES them, and every once in a while my 3 yr old will eat some. So, Buy them, and if you don't like them, Pawn them off on someone ;)

I noticed in the insert preview, there will be coupons for the Hefty One Zip Fresh Extend bags. I saw these on sale 2 for $3 this week. With the coupon ($1/1) they will be 50 cents each. Great buy on those and they really DO work for keeping fruit & veggies fresh longer.

The Post Honey Bunches of Oats only letting me print one coupon..:(.

Anyone able to scan it/post it?

Michelle here: Meghan--that is not allowed. Manufacturers limit coupon printing for a reason. Stores will not be reimbursed for illegal copies. Illegal copying is also a reason stores are reluctant to accept legit copies. Just a friendly FYI :-)

The BirdsEye Steam Fresh veggies will be free, some with overage! The plain broccoli, green beans, brown rice, etc will be $0.89 each and the baby blends will be $1.19 each. So with the $0.50/1 (doubled) you get either $0.11 overage!! or pay $0.19 cents per bag of the blends. The lightly sauced will be $1.24, so only $0.24 per bag after $0.50 coupon doubled. I checked my receipt from the August sale to make sure. I am sooo happy, cause when I saw those coupons, I stocked up!

I'm not sure of the prices on the Birdseye veggies, but if you got the $.50/1 q from the 9-13 SS it should make them free or very cheap.

Also, there is a $.50/1 for the New York Texas Toast in the latest My Magazine mailer from Kroger.
