RECIPE FOR YOUR SWISS CHEESE
Cheesy chicken
4-6 Boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can Campbells cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
4-6 slices swiss cheese
Peperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing (blue bag)
1/4 cup melted butter
Place chicken in sprayed cooking dish. Next put each slice of swiss cheese over each peice of chicken. In seperate bowl, mix milk and soup. Pour on top of chicken and cheese. Sprinkle stuffing on top enough to cover. Pour melted butter on top.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 min. or until chicken is done.
