Just spoke to Customer service. They will accept Winn-Dixie as a competitor only. You can stack one MF and Publix Q or one MF and Winn-Dixie Q, not all 3. 11.5.10
As of today, this location only honors Winn-Dixie and Sav-A-Lot competitor coupons. They now have postcards with this information and the updated Publix Coupon Policy located on the sales circular display rack.
