Sour Cream Coffee Cake – Tide You Over Tuesday

Sour-Cream-Coffee-Cake copyI know lots of you guys start the day with a cup of coffee. My husband would be lost without his beloved coffee. Once I finally get the boys off to school and the dogs settled, I fill up my big cup with water and grab my laptop to sit and chat with you guys for a while.  That makes me very happy.

I have never been a coffee person so I don't quite get the big need for a hot cup of anything...especially in the summer when we wake to 90 degree heat 😉 My water works just fine.

Now I may not like coffee but, coffee cake is another story! Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts has a great Sour Cream Coffee Cake as her Tide You Over Tuesday treat today. Just 10 minutes to prep and 45 minutes of cook time and you have a sweet treat that will start your morning off right ...coffee optional 😉
