Caprese Chicken Tomato & Mozzarella Ravioli

Ingredients
  • 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Tomato & Mozzarella Ravioli (18 oz.)
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, plus more for coating pasta
  • 2 cups grilled, sliced chicken breast
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3/4 cup (3 ounces) Burrata cheese
  • Aged balsamic vinegar
  • Torn fresh basil
Instructions
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in large skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken and cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Toss cooked ravioli with a little oil; top with chicken and tomato mixture. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  4. Top with pieces of cheese; drizzle with vinegar. Top with basil.
