Best Ever Juicy Burger with Broccoli Pickle SlawMaybe that grilling sweeps will inspire you to get out and fire up your grill! If you need a tasty recipe, I have one that you are going to love! This Best Ever Juicy Burger with Broccoli Pickle Slaw was a huge hit at my house and it was super simple to make.

I threw on some tater tots to bake and by the time they were done, I had made the slaw and my husband had grilled up the burgers. Dinner was quick, easy and absolutely DELICIOUS!

Best Ever Juicy Burger with Broccoli Pickle Slaw

Ingredients
  • 6 Vlasic® Kosher Dill Spears, cut in half crosswise and julienned 1 bag (12 oz.) broccoli slaw
  • 3/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, divided 2 Tbsp. FRENCH’S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 8 hamburger buns
Instructions
  1. Combine pickles, broccoli slaw, 1/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and sugar in large bowl; toss to coat.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Combine remaining 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, bread crumbs and Soup Mix in bowl. Mix in ground beef, then shape into 8 patties.
  4. Grill or broil until done. Serve burgers with slaw topping and bacon on buns.
Notes
TIP: If using ground turkey, oil grill or broiler pan before cooking.
