The 4th of July is just around the corner. You can do basic burgers or hot dogs…or you can kick it up a notch and serve up something that your guest will really love—my Blue Cheese Brats!

There’s nothing crazy fancy about these and they really don’t take a ton of effort but the flavor combination is absolutely fantastic. I put out a bottle of hot sauce and let my folks sauce them up to their liking and boy oh boy, these babies are always the first thing to go whenever they are on the menu.

You don’t need a ton of ingredients and you can even do some of the prep ahead of time. The caramelized onions can be cooked the day before then put in a pan and kept warm on the grill. That way you simply grill up your Greenfield Brats right before it’s time to eat. A little assembly and in no time, you have a great meal that goes way beyond the basic BBQ offerings.

Plus you can feel good about serving up Greenfield products to your friends and family! The Greenfield Natural Meat Co.™ exist to make a better world by making meat right. When you buy a Greenfield Natural Meat Co.™ product, you get a product with these promises:
