My husband and I just celebrated our 50th anniversary this month, so tomorrow I plan a nice spring walk and get some quiet peaceful rest. The clean fresh scent of my Glade plugins and candle will make it quite refreshing. 🙂

My family and I joined a rock painting club. We paint rocks, then hide them in local parks. Others find them, and then post photos on the club Facebook page. It is a fun community builder, and it gets us all painting then outdoors!

I’m having a spa day with my daughter for some much needed girl time then we’re going to come back home to the boys and barbecue.
By doing things a little differently in the routine since weather is nicer out these days as summer prepares to come.
We never really had a Winter but, to bring in Spring, I am doing the out with the old cleaning and trying something new thing.
Fresh flowers and bright colors shake off those winter blues.

I have 3 of my Grandchildren, and since the weekend starts with April Fools day, I have already snuck into their room and drawn unibrows & mustaches on their little sleeping faces, with a black dry erase marker. Before I go to bed I plan to switch all of the cereal bags into different boxes, and then I will cut holes into their plastic cups, so that when they try to take a drink tomorrow, the result will be droplets running down their shirts! I’m sure I’ll come up with some other cute pranks to play on the little angels!
We don’t stop having fun because we grow old! We grow old because we stop having fun! LOL!
I will be watching the Final Four and relaxing.
We are going out to dinner with good friends Saturday evening.
We don’t get cold weather here but Spring is a time to clean things and get rid of clutter.
Continuing to clean out the garage, to make things more reachable, and to find more things I do not use for a garage sale. Happy Weekend everyone ! 🙂

I am ready to get working on the garden. I have a producing pineapple plant to replant and have started some veggies. Can’t wait to have a small container garden going.
