Grilled Pork Gyros

Ingredients
  • Smithfield® Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper Fresh Pork Tenderloin, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 english cucumber, seeded and grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • chopped onions
  • chopped tomatoes
  • crumbled feta
  • flatbread, heated
Instructions
  1. Make the Tzatziki Sauce ahead of time by combining the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill and salt and pepper.
  2. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  3. Skewer the Smithfield® Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper Fresh Pork Tenderloin and grill for 2 – 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Grill the flatbread for about 2 minutes to heat.
  5. Serve by adding the pork to the flatbread topped with Tzatziki sauce, onions, tomatoes and feta.
  6. Wrap and enjoy!
