I use the Clear Active Damage Resist Ultra Nourishing Shampoo/Conditioner. It’s a nourishing shampoo with omega 3-6-9 complex, a rich blend of oils. It helps keep my scalp feeling great plus my hair is stronger. I love that my hair is strong yet feels so smooth and silky!
Eggs are packed with protein and choline and are a super food. They have tremendous health benefits and are extremely versatile. My hair gets so dry because I spend a ton of time in the pool. Egg yolks and a little vinegar are the perfect way to get back that shiny hair. Plus eggs are very economical. They may be the best little food ever.
