My boys are HUGE yogurt fans. While they like it straight out of the cup, they really like it when I kick it up a bit. Jake’s favorite yogurt is definitely Liberté®. It’s no wonder…have you guys tasted this stuff yet? It’s thick and rich and the flavors are fantastic.

If you are a fan of Liberté® yogurt, you’ll be happy to know that there are two new flavors available at Publix – Liberté® Méditerranée Cappuccino and Méditerranée Caramel. I grabbed a couple of each as I knew that my guys would all love them. My husband loves anything coffee related so I figured he could try the Cappuccino and I surprised the boys with a quick and easy treat – Banana & Caramel Yogurt Parfaits!

They were a huge hit and so easy to put together. I gave them to the boys as an after dinner treat and they were gone in a flash. I turned one cup of Liberté® Méditerranée Caramel yogurt into a delicious treat. I simply added a base of crushed chocolate graham cracker to a small glass followed by a quarter of the yogurt and then a layer of bananas. Then I added more yogurt followed by another layer of bananas and a dollop of whipped cream. A little sprinkle of shaved chocolate on top finished it off perfectly!

I have six children who all love yogurt. We buy the Liberte brand quite often because of the quality and price, as well as the great coupons. They enjoy the strawberry, coconut, and peach passion fruit flavors the most. I love the parfait idea, because I could easily make a few different ones to cater to the tastes of each of my children.

The quick and easy way that I love to eat yogurt is mixing with 50/50 with whipped cream. I’m crazy about trying this with the Méditerranée Cappuccino flavored Liberté yogurt.

I also have a delicious yogurt/ginger/cinnamon recipe that is perfect using the Méditerranée Blackberry flavor. Mixed with fresh blackberries and strawberries then topped with whipped cream is to die for.Yum…

I love Liberte even though the formula’s changed a bit since Yoplait bought them. The stats aren’t as diet-friendly as other yogurts, but Liberte is SO GOOD I don’t care! I buy it every time there’s a coupon. My fave is the Vanilla, but I’m SUPER excited about the Caramel!

OMG slap your pappy…..this is the best yogurt I ever ate. I buy it when I can, but I also buy other brands to try. I have used the coconut as a dipper for bananas and strawberries….. My favorite flavor is Liberté Méditerranée Peach and Passion Fruit! I turn it into #YogurtPerfection by making a pie!

2 – ~6 oz. containers Liberté Méditerranée Peach and Passion Fruit yogurt
1 – 3 oz. box peach flavored Jell-O
1 – 8 oz. container extra creamy Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust or baked pie shell

Put the yogurts in a bowl, add the gelatin and mix well. Add the whipped topping and mix well again. Pour into your crust or pie shell and refrigerate overnight.

I love the Liberte Strawberry and the Blueberry. I add extra fruit to make my #yougurtperfection. I add a few cut up strawberries, honeydew melon and pineapple to add to the blueberry flavor. To the strawberry, I add blueberries, melon bits and pineapple chunks. Love it!

Wild Blueberry. I found a recipe on pinterest for a protein packed blueberry muffin made with yogurt, and oats. I played around with it till I found adding the flavored yogurt made it perfect! Here is the link.

i have never tried Liberte but the strawberry and Blackberry sound yummy. I like that there is no artificial colors, sweeteners, or preservatives.

I would do a Banana Split Yogurt. Use a banana on bottom, Add some Strawberry Liberte Yogurt then some pineapple on top! We love the Liberte yogurt!

My kids are the biggest yogurt eaters here and they aren’t very picky about flavor. They like most of them. I am planning on adding some mini Nilla wafers and sprinkles to some vanilla yogurt to go with their birthday breakfast coming up.
