Fresh Fruit Oatmeal

 

Fresh Fruit Oatmeal

Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups 1% milk
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 3 cups uncooked old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 packets Pure Via® sweetener
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries or raspberries)
Instructions
  1. Heat milk and water in a 3-quart (3 L) saucepan on medium to a boil.
  2. Stir in oats, cranberries, Pure Via® sweetener and salt.
  3. Cook on medium heat 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thick and creamy.
  4. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand 2 minutes.
  5. Divide mixture evenly between 6 bowls. Top with fruit and serve.
